He was silent for a moment. "Ah... maybe the other way around... but if you choose to be this... then you shall have my blessing." He slowly stroked her back. "I am saying, that the world is vast, and you have so much to discover - of its beauty, wonders... and horrors." He whispered the last part.
I reach up and pull Hector’s face down to mine. My lips find his for a sensual kiss. “I fear breaking the. I am terrified of leaving mothers to cry for sons and daughters who will never return home.” I look down letting the night hide my shame “I may have been hasty the other day. I fed some of my blood to a librarian. She fascinated me. I could not help myself. I’m surprised she has not sought me out yet.”
Hector returned the kiss and cupped her cheek. "Then don't let the beast take over. Cling to your humanity." He paused as he considered her words. "Maybe she did..." He hummed.
Hector leaned in and kissed Chloe's forehead. "Lot's of things~" He smiled. "Come let's go home." As he started walking with her under his arm to the car. "Remind me, did you leave the librarian any way to contact you?" He asked with a smile.
I look at Hector and feel so dumb. I really am just a child. “Can we stop by the library on the way home? I seem to have forgotten something,” I ask sheepishly.
Hector hummed as the two reached the car. "Oh? Might you have forgotten to pick up a book that you found interesting~" He teased her as he sat behind the well. He turned on the radio. "Ah." He paused as the first notes started coming from the radio, his mood becoming melancholic. He looked at the radio, and slowly a sad smile graced his lip. He turned the volume up then turned to the road and started the engine. He started riding through the city. After half an hour he stopped in front of the library. "If you don't mind," He started, his voice longing. "I will stay in car. It's been... a while since I listened to him." He traced his fingers over the radio with a sad smile.
I open the door to exit the car. “Probably for the best. I have some paperwork to fill out for my library card it might take a minute.”
"Take your time..." Hector hummed softly and nodded his head, he was already absorbed in the music. Chloe got out of car and looked at the library. The building was towering in darkness. It was quite late, sometime after midnight and the library should already be closed. It was certainly dark inside.
I head to the side entrance—the one we used the other night—and find it unlocked. My footsteps echo through the library, and most of the lights are off or dimmed. I begin to head, to the best of my recollection to Lara’s office.
Chloe slipped into the building. She could smell of books, the library, the old tomes. She walked through the dark rooms and corridors until she reached the office of the woman. Surprisingly, she could see the light inside... dim, the lamp on the desk gave a dark light. The familiar librarian, Lexi, was laying on the desk, looking tired, sleeping.
"Hm~" The librarian moaned sleeply, as she seemed rather resistant to the efforts of waking her up. Finally, she sat up, yawning and rubbing her eyes, still not really aware of her surroundings.
I lean in and kiss the pretty older woman. My lips softly pressed to hers. What is it about this woman that fascinates me? “Isn’t sleeping on the job frowned upon?”
The older woman moaned softy, as their lips touched and soft, almost chaste, kiss. "Am I dreaming?" She asks, still sleepy.
I pull Lexi’s seat out from her desk and sit in her lap. Slowly, I run my fingers through her hair. I lean in close, my nose brushing her’s. “Does this feel like a dream?” I ask in a whisper.
"Yhhhh-Hmm~" A long sleepy moan of confirmation escaped her mouth, as she leaned forward, putting her forehead against Chloe's arm. "The best one~" She yawned.
I kiss her neck, resisting the strong urge to drink her delicious blood. "Oh, it's just getting started, my favorite. Have you missed me?" I pull her face up and kiss her passionately.
"Hmm~" The redhead moaned as the two's lips connected. "I miss you~" She moaned out hugging Chloe, then bringing her closer. "I searched you.... But i had no idea how to find... you..." Her words became slower, as her movements became more sluggish. She moaned again, mumbling something quietly and nuzzling against Chloe's neck
I reach down and place her hand on my chest, pushing blood through my arteries and veins to make my heartbeat. “I’m sorry I disappeared on you. I never want that to happen again.”
