My notifications is not working

I checked and stories I follow are being updated without me receiving notifications, I checked the settings but that did not work ples help

 

I have the same issue. I thought I was going crazy and just missing the notifications, but I've seen easily 10-15 stories not notify me over the last couple weeks.

 

Same with me. It’s been going on for weeks. Any solutions?

Where do I file an issue? Since multiple people are having it it should be reported but I don't know where to question

I have made improvements to the chapter notifications. Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you notice anything else.

I don't think it fixed it. I see that the story Mansplain was updated early today (after you posted you'd made changes) adding a chapter onto the one I had bookmarked, but I got no notification that the new chapter was added.

 

And to be clear, it's not a total failure of notification. I do get some notifications of new chapters being added. I honestly don't understand why it works sometimes and not others.

 

I can't see any notifications at all now, not just new ones.

 

Hey, I'm currently working on rebuilding the tables, so that should hopefully resolve the notification issue soon.

 

The glitch just happened to me. All my notifications were wiped clean.

I switched tables so I can work on the notifications table. Don't worry—they’ll be back soon.

not sure if same or separate problem but I checked mine and it said two. when I hit view it showd me just the two. all the past history was gone. Assume this was becuse it is under repair but will share encase its a different problem.

Engagement with my readers is the main thing that keeps me inspired to write, when I looked at my notifications this morning and saw they were gone, it hurt a little. Really hope this gets resolved soon.
