High Stakes at Coyote Bluff (Wild West RP)

As she walked to casino, Kate catched some stares of the men and women, as now they seen her beaty and sexapil. On entrence to cassino, stand pair of bodyguards.

"Welcome to Golden Fang Casino dear lady. Before you enter, please give all your weapons. Security rules".

 

Kate looked at the man and smiled.

"Oh, don't worry good ser, I did not bring any weapons~ see?" She leaned forward as she flashed her cleavage. It was a lie of course, she had a gun pushed into her stocking hidden under her dress.

Bodyguard watch her, more interested in her breast than what she might hidden under her dress.
"Very well, my lady. I wish you good fun in casino". He let her go throught.

Inside Kate saw many gambling tables with cards, roulette, throwing darts, alcohol and much more. In the centre, men in fancy hats made cards trick, throwing it from one hand to another.
"Welcome to Casino. Join the fun, taste risk and extasy. You can become rich in mater of minutes" He said making show for the visitors.

By the table with card game stands pretty female croupier, with fancy cards. To the table sit few rich people, playing and having fun.
Kate spoted board with prizes for tokens. Each green cost 1$, blue 2$ and red 5$.

 

Smiling Kate made her way to the table and decided to observe the game first, before joining in. Then there were the rich folk she had her sights on - perfect folk to rob~

 

As Kate watched game, she noticed most of players doesn't care for winning or losing. Most of them want to show up their pretty dress, jewelry and expensive clothes. Like pale lady, with umbrela even inside the building.
Or more bookish type, with red hair, glasses and green dress.
Or half blind men, with golden cane and cilinder.

There are many players, laughing, playing and losing more money, than Kate managed to steal from one bank.

 

Oh, she was going about it wrong, earlier. This was the place to rob!

Her eyes landed on the man, but she reluctantly decided to leave him be - the cane was a weapon, still, and half blind, well weak... Maybe?

Her eyes landed on pale woman. Sickly, easiest of targets. A rich lady~

The red haired seemed most naive~

She licked her lips, then her eyes landed on the dealer. She tried to take a stock of the game - was she cheating? Was the game rigged?

Kate couldn't say if someone cheated or game was rigged, it was imposible for her to tell in single evening.
Pale woman just won ten token from each players, which she just modest smile, but it could be tell that she feel pride of herself.
Red haired clapped her hands, congratulations to lady, but it was more fakeness than politeness.
Men just drink his brandy and call for another round.

 

Kate hummed as she looked at the game.

She decided to try her own luck - she bought tokens for 10$ and joined the table, sitting next to he pale woman.

Pale woman give her a nod and polite smile, but nothing more about.
Red hair lady with cane smiled more friednly.
"Ah! Another fancy lady join the table. It is nice to see new faces, don't you agree lady Raechel?" She said to pale lady, for what she only nod.
"Ha, with such beatifull females at the game, my luck must come back". Men chuckled and place bet on the roulette of 5$. Each players placed their own tokens, 5$ each.

 

Kate smiled politely, but then turned back to the table, focusing on game, as she threw 5$ to the pile.

By poor luck, Kate lose her money in this game. Red haired lady collected her winning from the table.
"My congratulation, lady Octavia". Men said drinking his alcohol, while pale lady smoke.
"Don't worry, it is just first match. You didn't lose your underwear yet" He joked to Kate and now she noticed that in the backgorund of the casino was open wardroop, full of clothes, fancy and stylish. So some losers must lose them in the past.

 

Kate cocked her head as she looked at the shop, then glanced at the man.

"Should I take that you are an owner of this casino?" She asked curiously.

 

Men rise his chest proudly, fixing his hat with golden cane.
"Ha, spotted. Indeed, I'm lucky owner of this casino and 30% of the local mine. I'm..."
"Sir Harison Locksmith, breaker of womans hearts, best duelist in the west, bla, bla, bla" Interupt him pale lady, Raechel.
"Dear god, you could change your lines when you are in company of your colegaues. It is becoming boring to hear that".

 

"Ah, then am I assuming well, that I am in company of local elites?" Kate asked as she looked at the pale woman, hoping the red hair woman or man would introduce her.

 

Pale woman push smoke of her mouth.
"It is not hard to be elite in place like this. Too much simple minded buffuns and locals who barely know how to read".
Red haired lady chuckled.
"Oh, come one lady Raechel, don't be so mean. Just because you posses bigest library in city, doesn't mean everyone has to do the same".
"Belive me, lady Octavia, my demands are some basic human needs. Like people who are reading posters, are supposed to understood them".
Waiter comes to their table offering champane. Octavia and Raechel takes, while Harison refuse.
"So, what is your name, dear lady"? He asked Kate.

 

Rachel, Octavia, Harrison. Kate would remember those 3.

"Oh, I am Janet Joyfields." She introduced herself under the false name. "A simple traveler who came to the city to find some peace in the wilds~" She gave a half bow. "A pleasure." She smiled, yet she took note that Rachel said something about posters... That could be an accident... Or not."

 

"So, lady Janet". Harrison asked staring at her his single eye. "How did you find Coyote Bluff? It is to your taste?"
"Ha, pleasure, indeed, you can find it here, if you are willing to take a risk". Octavia chuckled. "Most people who are not married here, do it only when there is some game in it, with winners of losers".
Lady Rachel doesn't speak, just keep smoking.

 

"It's..." Kate paused... Then decided to be semi-honest. "a most frontier city I ever saw." She decided to throw insults about city... With shoes owners she was sitting by the table. She nodded to Harrison.

"Oh?" She turned to Lady Octavia... She was quiet forward... Was she a local brothel madam? "Is that a challenge I hear, miss Octavia?" Kate aske a sile dancing on her lips.

 

"Ha, you may say that, but something brings you to our city. If you stay longer here, you will find out hidden pearl". Harrison didn't take offence.
Lady Octavia, red haired inocent beaty give her wicked smile.
"How about next round make it more interesting? Just you and me, who ever win, will be in charge tonight of other person". Lady Rachel roll eyes for that, but Harrison laught and look with curiosity.

 

"Oh?" Kate smirked. "How refreshingly bold~" She chuckled. "Well, I would not be opposed to such a bet~"

She leaned back in her seat and looked around the gathered people.

"But how will we know the looser will not try to escape, should she loose?" 'Jane Joyfield' asked.
