Option 3 from me:
The female could have the cock and the male could have the vagina. Instead of what humans are able to procreate. It is reversed where the vagina inserts the sperm into the cock.

Option 4:
One alien gender species with cocks. They have sex with one another through oral exchange.

Option 5:
Thinking about bees where the queen is the only female who can have children. What if the penis for males is a stinger that is inserted anywhere in the female body with its sperm going through the females entire body.
 
Interesting other options.

1) That would be...a rather unique experience. Watching a baby go through the entire cock to come out. Probably would need to be way bigger in order to do it, though.

2) Oral exchange procreation sounds hilarious to me, love it. Impregnated via blowjob

Huh, the use of other body parts for impregnation? As well as needing certain materials in order to impregnate?

To be honest, outside of the octopus jamming a tentacle into female full of sperm, never really thought too much about those things. Makes me wonder what sort of liquid would be required for procreation.
 
Not cock related, but how about a species with strange triple Stranded DNA where a female needs to be fucked by two different males to procreate.

Bonus the species could have one single sex of hermaphrodite with both tools. Families would develop with threesomes being the norm and with each person being of the same sex there wouldn't be any gender roles. Mix with humans and hilarity ensues.

Human vagina walls can absorb alcohol (though this probably isn't a good idea...)
I could imagine something similar for a female alien of a 3 gender race.
1. One (neutral) gender fills the female with a fluid which goes into her bloodstream, resulting in an ovulation. The second (male) gender fills the female with male semen.
2. One (neutral) gender fills the female with a fluid which makes her vagina wall permeable. Now either the egg cells or the sperm can pass the vagina wall.
