Players control a ruler of very small realm. Making profits, waging wars gaining status and... banging beauties. Any interest in something like this?
I would be in for this. Strategy game? Check. Fantasy? Check. Politics and war? Check. Incubi? Check. I would be even more in for this if there were sexable non-human races.
Non-human races make world building harder. I haven't decided yet, bust most likely it will be a low magic, humans-only setting.
I'm going to agree with Funatic but if you want to KISS just restrict it to Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits and Orcs and say they all live far from here so few of them visit...
