Well went to add my frst new story for the sight "1ns3st" and this is the welcome I get in the comments section. Good thing I am not a new writer. Not that I care what some asshole thinks but stuff like this will keep any new writers from trying there hand at this site if the first feedback they get is just someone attacking them. r0manh0liday Seem insistent on adding badly-written stories with "3"s in the title... Maybe try 3 other sites, & one will be right for you. But leave this one now, for the good of its quality & its members!!
I agree with you. He's already banned on the forum here and continues his behavior on the site. From now on he can no longer write comments and rate threads.
And it couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy. He's been leaving the same half assed thread in my story "The Amulet" for three months now. When I left him a review telling him that it needed more direction... well, he did what he always did, blaming everyone and everything while claiming he smelled like roses. Thanks Friedman, for everything you've done.

You then move via the link to the new CHYOA Forums, where you start the thread wherein people insist r0manh0liday be reinstated & given a staff position, as well as have his commenting & rating abilities returned on the new CHYOA site immediately, or all writing will stop (the quality's so low anyway, nobody will notice), & Friedman will have created the site & Forums for nothing (after lying repeatedly to the person now known as "r0manh0liday" & currently banned for reasons unexplained from the old Forums, & completely-false reasons from the new CHYOA Forums). Well personally, I want nothing to do with his fight, and if he reads this I strongly suggest him to stop attempting to bring me into to it. I write for fun. Sorry to burst your bubble, but he won't. he likes to focus on certain writers for a while and harass them for nothing while waving his "Poor abused me" flag. you can probably expect a rude email or another post attempt at least. As for his banned status, he brought it on himself after ignoring a rather generous warning that he didn't deserve.
Is the thread still up, or has it returned? If so, please link to it, and ideally take a screenshot of it to post as well. The site moderators can take more effective action if you lead them directly to the thread in question or present evidence of its existence. Furthermore, after the prior bashing thread by r0manh0liday and his attitude on these forums, I believe this would mark the final offense necessary to banish that troll from the main site and finally be rid of him. Friedman and I thought it would be best to give an opportunity to demonstrate some form of intelligence. On CHYOO and the prior Forums, our actions were restricted; he could register on CHYOO again with ease, and we couldn't banish him since the power was controlled by the owners who don't enforce their own rules. It's an ideal place to troll and harass users. The opportunity was granted to him to see if he would only be such a nasty nincompoop under the lax circumstances and tighten his game now that we've tightened ours. So much for that thought. Between the above thread, this old screenshot of a now-deleted bashing thread (captured by GreenBanana), his general posting of falsehoods on the former forums (which continues even now), and the mountain of evidence and testimonies concerning the same behavior on the old CHYOO, r0manh0liday should have officially worn out his opportunities. I can see no reason for a lack of banishment from the main site beyond the absence of necessary tools. UPDATE 2: His most recent change to this same thread, preserved for posterity:

Is that offer of blocking open for all, because I have one of his "superior" threads that I've been declining for months now. Since he refuses to improve it or any of his other works, it would free up a bit of my time if I didn't have to decline it every day. And no, I'm not exagerating. I have to decline his crap once a day, at least. I'm sorry that this is the case. I have now blocked him in your stories. Such resubmissions of threads seem to have happened with other users over a longer period as well. If others wish to make use of the block, give me a short notice. And please let me know if those actions happen again. At some point I see myself compelled to ban him from the main site. Even though I do not like to make use of such measures.
Handled it for you, due to his additions at the bottom: "He chooses the transportation that fatally runs over this story's former editor." "Who (besides me) volunteers to adopt this now that their body (like their brain) has died?" You have to admire his poor sentence structure at times. On a serious note, Friedman, for clarity, this marks three or four (depending on how we count the thread supplied for funtimes, which he had edited to make a new message) instances of r0manh0liday making threads that spend time to venomously attack a user or the site on the main CHYOA site that have been brought to our attention.

Another malicious thread preserved as evidence in this ongoing abuse case: That's four or five, depending on the edit for Funtimes. Everyone can help expedite the process by reporting these threads upon discovery, taking screenshots for the record yourself, and uploading them into your posts.
Please add me to his block list just to save me time and trouble, since I am fairly sure my opinions of him will drive him to make a nasty thread on my stories sooner or later.
I've not written anything on the main site in close to a month, in some small part due to his constant harassing of me. Please go ahead & add me to the block list as well, Friedman. I will log on and produce evidence of some of the many malicious comments he has left me to support this claim if need be.
I think you should remove most of these names from any such list (including the ones that have yet to provide proof), & allow him to provide ratings & comments, same as any other site member. I have seen a few of his comments &/or ratings in my few days on the site, & (as far as I can tell) he has been honest (I'm assuming; some of these writers probably did make the mistakes he points-out in their threads, & went back & corrected them later after seeing his rating/remark). Also, he (unlike many here) seems to be only rating things less-than-stellar because of actual mistakes, whereas it seems many of these people (in these posts alone, to say nothing of the site) have been attacking him not for anything he has done or said, but due to their own personal issues with him, much of which pre-dates the creation of the new site or these Forums. Lastly, for comparison's sake, let us compare his ratings & comments (before you wrongfully took these abilities away from him) to those of (for instance) jonray, a user who loves every thread with0ut exception, giving them all 5s, & sometimes going as far as to comment a second time simply to expound-upon/correct his earlier comment on the thread... Unlike roman, these sorts of comments (which, thanks to you, are showing-up in far more instances) help nobody, nor increase the quality of any member's future work or already-submitted threads.
