Maybe we should have a thread by month. Make it a curated backlog project or something. The first page here will intimidate most editors from volunteering at all.

 

Maybe it intimidates YOU, but don't speak for the rest of us...

 

Wait, let me see if I'm understanding this correctly, are you saying that each month we should have a fresh version of this thread featuring just a few stories so as not to spook potential authors? What stops this turning the top page of this forum into an entire wall of these threads? I mean, it's not a half bad idea, say one thread for every category, but it would need to be housed in its own area...

 

I'm saying a updated list of the "one chapter" stories in a monthly fashion. It'll be less confusing that a big pile at the top. What we need is less of us adopting 10-20 stories and more people adopting one or two.

 

Would it be possible to get an updated list with the stories that have been adopted marked as such?
