Hope y'all don't mind me throwing my hat into the ring. Normally not into Superhero stuff, but naughty ones usually catch my interest. I even came up with a character I wouldn't mind playing. I've always been more into the support role than anything else. If anything needs to be dialed back, just let me now

Notes:

Amelia is what those in the professional circles would call a...savant. Her technical and analytical knowledge is something unheard of and would be highly sought after if this information was easy to get a hold of. However, this seems to come with the price of social growth. With it comes to tech, she is beyond genius, but the finer points of human interaction? Well, you'll see that she's more than likely to babble on like a baby or shut any conversations down hastily. And she was born into a household with a very well off single-father, so possible disconnections to peers and having a busy working father didn't help much either.

She's not physically impressive either. She's attractive enough, but her physical capabilities matches that of one who relies on brains rather than brawn. Melee combat isn't preferred either, preferring to not even be in the fight at all, use some piece of tech to fight for her, or to use guns since they make fighting a lot easier.

Since a young age, she has been extremely adapt to repairing, maintaining, and even creating tech. Whether these be weapons, armor, vehicles, augments, robots, drones, and all sorts of other things. And since she's so good with tech, computers and cyberwarfare would naturally fall into this field...making her quite the hacker. In fact, she's had a few run-ins with the law thanks to her...enthusiastic hobbies involving explosions and companies and government branches finding breaches in their securities.

Later in life she also got into the business of creating her own cybernetic augmentations that she puts into herself, with the help of some professionals who she was able to buy the services of thanks to her father's wealth. These augments so far involve:

Cerebral-Brain Jack - positioned at the back of her skull covered by her hair. She can pull a cord and plug into any USB port, allowing her to plug her consciousness into any device that has one. This can result in reaction-time improvement when driving a vehicle, or precise hacking into networks from a computer. This does cause a great risk for the great reward, as premature ejecting or destruction of vehicles/virtual avatars could result in great damage to her health, mental capacity, or even result in death.

Cognitive Interface Visor - positioned at her temples and appear to be two metallic circles. Pressing a button on the circle on her left temple, a digital visor can curve in front of her face and over her eyes. This allows her to see multitudes of information packets at a time as well as be able to see through the cameras of various devices she may a remote connection to. She can hear any audio over any recording device on a piece of tech she has a remote connection with. This allows her to have eyes and ears anywhere she connects to. It can also operate as a communications device.

She has not been able to upgrade any of these augments after the initial make. They don't have the best security, nor are they at peak efficiency. She might have plans in the future to upgrade them to increase performance and security, but that is for the future to tell. She certainly hasn't spent much time thinking about the future now that the government seems to have an interest in her talents and gives her assignments to see to what extent these talents can go.

Powers:

Super Intelligence: Maybe she was born with it? Or maybe it came later? Either way, this is one smart cookie. That IQ is off the charts!

Technomancy: Since an early age, she has had a way to with tech. Her expertise is understated. It is to the point that it seems like, even without even touching any piece of technology, she can do wondrous and magical things with them. If they're made of metal, have a spark of electricity, and can maybe make a "pew-pew" noise or connect to various power supplies, she can do miraculous things.

Tech Savant: Outside of her intelligence and stellar performance with technology, she doesn't have much going for her. However, that doesn't stop her from still being superhuman in many aspects. Give her some time, supplies, and equipment, and she can make all sorts of gadgets to overcome her lack of other super human abilities. Whether this be devices to subdue a well studied target's strengths, build an exo-suit or power armor to give her superb strength, jetpacks to fly, or nanobots to give super regeneration. If it can be made, she'll probably find a way. Though the quality of the devices will depend on the time spent on them and the resources she has to make them with. It's possible to create a permanent set of perfect equipment with plenty of time and supplies, but she could just as likely make a one time use piece of tech that have a 50/50 shot of just exploding upon use if not given enough. She may be a genius, and possibly a miracle worker, but not everything can be perfect.
