I’m working on a story and my characters go to school since their in high school, but I don’t know what to do in the school? Anyone have any ideas for plot to happen in school.
Attend some classes? Loitering? Smoking on the toilet? Go to the library? Bully others (or get bullied)? I guess that all depends on what characters you have and what the story should be about.

Well, since any characters who have sex need to be over 18 by site rules, that means you're dealing exclusively with the senior class. That's one thing to keep in mind. Here are a few things which occur to me off the top of my head: (1) A "Breakfast Club" scenario in detention. If I were writing it, I'd make the protagonist male and have him in detention with six girls, but that's me. (2) The protagonist is a straight-A student. The school has been caught giving football players and cheerleaders a pass when it comes to their grades, and as a result a number of them suddenly need help studying, or they'll flunk. Naturally, at least some will seek out our protagonist for tutoring assistance... and it might occur to more than one of them that they could trade certain favors for that help! (3) The protagonist comes back from a summer during which puberty has been VERY kind, and is suddenly getting a lot more attention than he/she is used to! (4) The new T.A. in health class is sexy as hell; every straight male student wants her, and some of the girls do too for that matter! Written from her point of view, or that of one of the students. (5) The protagonist has decided that this is the year to come out as gay. Little does he/she know that there are classmates who hide that same secret! What ensues are any number of scenarios which involve one or more of them trying to hook up with the protagonist. Maybe her best friend finds herself curious to know what it's like to kiss another girl. Maybe he's cornered in the locker room shower by the varsity quarterback, who gets all homophobic at first but then it turns out he's just in denial of his own desires. Maybe she's forced by her parents to go to the counselor to "straighten out", but it turns out the counselor is more understanding, and happy to help her explore what sex with another woman can be like. (6) The new girl joins the pep squad, and finds out that when they get together for practice or other after-school activities, there's a LOT of pep going on...
Depends on what you use: Mind control, magic, sci-fi, blackmail, non-magical seduction. The new counselor could be a former student from 20 years ago and is using his/her spot as a counselor to seduce the child of a former classmate the counselor holds a grudge against...
