Alexander thanked Katie for his drink and went over to Sarah, when she called him. He sat down across from her. Happy to have taught somebody something new today, he took a sip of his drink. He grimaced, 'Was zum Geier?' Perplexed how one can fuck up Spezi, he could not believe that Katie was at fault. It must've been that the high-fructose corn syrup in American Coke and Fanta was to blame. 'Diese elenden Barbaren,' he muttered under his breath. He sighed, his evening half ruined, where was a demon attack when you needed it most? 'How's your water, Anne?'
"Hmm, let me check," Sarah takes a drink from her glass of water, "Ahh, it's cold." She says sarcastically, and chuckles as Alexander grimaced about his drink. "So, what do you think about the parties in the forest?"
(You expertly maneuvered around my plans in the graveyard. It wasn't plot-relevant, but it would have given you two something to do while the other half of your party go on a date. I have a plan to repurpose that, but for now it's super late for me and I have to be going to bed)
"Alright, a quick bite, then back to the motel then." She replied feeling a little sorry about Alexanders drink.
After 15-20 minutes, Katie brings your food out. It's quite hot and smells good. (Okay. This is definitely my last thing for the night. I really need to go to bed. Go ahead through your dinner date until you go back to the Motel. I'm going to have to jump back in for Erica. Since she's turning out to be quite relevant it seems.)
"Mm, smells delicious, thank you, Katie." Sarah thanks Katie, and digs into her plate of chicken. "And, it tastes great too." She looks over to Alexander and asks, "Hows yours?" (I guess we pause here for now.)
[Eh, whatever let's try this anyway, sleep is for the weak] 'It's bloody huge, is how it is,' Alexander said, not used to US portion sizes. 'No wonder Amis are all ...' He stopped himself. 'Sorry, it's pretty decent.'
"Glad you like it." Sarah smiles and grinned, "So then, do we discuss work, or pleasure?" She teased, and as she took another bite of her meal.
'You don't enjoy being a journalist, Anne?' Alexander was being cheeky. 'All the years we worked together and I never knew.'
"Mmm, I do enjoy it. But it's such a waste if we just focus on work." She grinned mischievously. "Don't you just get the... urge" she said in a sultry tone, Sarah's boots trail up and down Alexanders shin. "To do something else?"
Alexander was startled when Sarah started playing footsies, 'Hmn, that depends: Do you consider me a "jock"?' He leaned on the table, his chin resting on his palm.
(Can you guys writing little longer post? If we have to watting, so I would like to read something more, ok?)
