what do you do

You post a chapter on someone else's story. Days go by, and the story is not approved or denied. How long do you wait before you message the story's owner?

 

Take the idea and us it in a new story.

I don’t login as often as I used to so it takes me weeks to approve.

 

I already have enough stories that are in the doldrums!

 

I'd give it three business days. People have lives.

 

Well, I'd say as soon as you feel too impatient.

Reviewing shouldn't take longer than 10 days. (Currently, I (try to) contact story owners/editors if they don't review their chapters within that time.)
If the story owner doesn't review the chapter anyway, a moderator can approve your chapter.
