You nurse your way through several weak cups of ale and some cold soup. Winona is less aggressive with her flirting. At around midnight, she comes out. "You can sleep down here by the fire if you'd like." She glances at Gert as he exits through the back of the tavern, leaving you alone with her in the common area. She takes off her apron and lets down her golden hair. She looks pretty in her abundant, peasant way. "Last offer for the night, big fellow. Three bits for a stroke, five for a suck. Otherwise, I'm off with my husband for the night." Hurley's condition remains stable. He mumbles a bit in his sleep, but it is all in his orc language. After a while, Lyssa enters the room. "I can see to him," she says. "You go on and get some rest in your room. You'll need it for the morning."
Vi'lea hesitates for a bit what to do. She would like to know more about Lyssa, but it would also be a good idea to learn more about the people she would be working with... Eventually she decides to try the common room first and see if there's anyone to there. If she had no luck there she would go speak with Lyssa for a bit before retiring for the night.
Although Riekan hadn't had sex in a while, the voluptuous barmaid isn't his type. It gives him a mental laugh to imagine what would be Pepper's reaction if she arrived in the middle of a blowjob, though. He gives a polite smile to Winona. "Sorry, my lady, I'm waiting for someone else."

Andreas glanced over as Hurley grumbled something unrecognizable. He knew elven tongues and enough faekind words to get him to the bathroom, but that was about it. Orc sentences sounded more like an upset stomach than a language. Andreas checked his dressings to his satisfaction as Lyssa came in. "You sure? Again I'm no healer, but, well, call it a sense of obligation. I'm the one who packed his guts full of cotton." Lyssa has convinced him anyway, as he gathered he things and made his way for the door, but he took his time in case she wished to say anything more.
Vi'lea takes a quick look around the room and sees that no one else is there. "I was hoping the others would be here as well, but I guess not." She says, more to herself than to Riekan. "So, what brought you to such a remote place?" She asks as she sits on a table close to his.
Riekan observes as the beautiful dark elf walks into the room. He's a bit surprised, he had thought Vi'lea would stay with Hurley or talking to Lyssa. He felt an attraction to her ever since meeting her earlier in the day, but as far as he could observe until now, she seemed to like girls more. The ex-knight decides to know more about her, if anything else they could become friends. "Well, let's say I'm not welcome on my hometown anymore, have to look for jobs like those to live," He gives her a small smile as he pours her a cup of ale. "What about you?"
Vi’lea raises an eyebrow. "Oh? So your situation is similar to mine, then. There’s this noblewoman who is not very fond of me after she came home early… and she happens to be the cousin of the Queen of our little country. So I decided to go explore the world until she calms down." She pauses as she takes a sip from her ale. "Good job finding that potion, by the way. I hope the person that sold it to you wasn’t too angry at you for waking him up in the middle of the night?"
Riekan raises an eyebrow at her tale, like she said, their situations were really similar. "My case is just a little bit worse than yours, try the King's daughter," He says with a chuckle. "For a while, I loved her with all my heart, but when it mattered, I was too much of a coward to fight for her, so I fled." He clears his throat. "As for the potion, well, I got lucky, the old owner of the store was really kind and even made the potion for me."
"A real princess? Lucky you! I’ve never been with one before, since the daughters of our Queen are still too young. But maybe in a few years, when I go back…" Vi’lea paused for a moment as she imagined what the princesses would look like in a few years time. "He actually made you a brand new potion? You really are lucky. Some of the shopkeepers I met on the way here would slam the door in your face, if not worse." She frowned as she remembered one particularly ill-mannered shopkeeper who had kicked a guy out of his shop just for coming a few seconds after closing time. How that guy still had a shop Vi’lea had no idea. "So what did you do while waiting? Did you seduce his pretty young granddaughter?" She asked jokingly. In truth she had no idea who the shopkeeper was or if he even had a granddaughter.
"Wont work. It has to be a beast. I haven't master speaking to Avians yet." With a resigned sigh, Silvan set out into the rain to find a dog or other local animal that he could ask for assistance.
The rain is a light, but chilly mist at this point. You do not come across any dogs, but you spot a gray cat nosing around a woodpile. It sees you from across the street and runs into an old barn that appears to have rotted almost to the point of collapse. Stepping beneath the creaking timbers, you think immediately that something is wrong. You have lost sight of the cat, but you hear someone or something moving in the musty loft of the barn.
Riekan laughs at Vi'lea's joke about the shopkeeper having a granddaughter, he decides to tell her about Pepper later. Instead, he focuses on another matter. "Vi'lea, if I'm not intruding or anything, can I ask you a rather personal question?" He gives her a small smile while sipping of his ale.
Silvan stopped. Something was off. Silvan opened his mouth and let the words flow, his tongue glowing. "Cat, I wish to speak with you. First off, what is in this place, and second will you grant me some aid?" While speaking, Silvan's right hand reached to the sheath on his back and he slowly slid the hunting knife free. He held it so that it was easier to slash instead of stab, with the point going down instead of held on the side of his hand where his thumb was located. He had hunted and sparred with his people often, but now he was on his own. Even his companions where no longer with him. But.... He couldn't suppress the smile. His people had grown complacent and too willing to use easy methods to get by. This was how it should be. Struggle, the never ending battle for survival. He didn't want the easy life his people had begun to crave. Perhaps he was just odd, but he felt it was the curse all beast tamers had. They all began at some point to feel more beast than man. They came to crave the wilds of the world and to struggle as the beasts did for survival. Most of his kind usually died alone, living as their bestial friends did. If there was trouble here, it might give him a taste of what those great men and women before him had felt.
The cat doesn't answer you. Instead, a pretty woman's face appears over the edge of the rain-rotted loft. She has big, yellow eyes with slitted pupils and little fangs in her teeth when she flashes a smile. She leaps down and lands on all fours and you realize that her hands are more like the paws of a cat. Bigger and a bit more flexible, but very catlike. She stands, revealing her slenderness and her youthful beauty. A furry white tail sprouts above her shapely buttocks and she has white triangular ears more like a cat's than a human's. She is maddeningly naked, her body hairless except for a tuft of white fur between her throat and the start of her perky tits. "Hello," she purrs. "Did you come to play with me?" She advances slowly towards you, her tail twitching and her movements sensual.
"Sure, feel free to ask me anything. But I can't promise I'll answer if it is too personal." Vi'lea tells him and waits for his question.
Andreas made his exit, waffling down the corridor until he found his room. The door lumbered open, a feat that seemed to be a minor miracle every time, and then he equally allowed its weight to shut itself. He cleared his throat and, with a snap of his fingers, the lantern by the bed flickered into life. He grinned. Getting better at that. Maybe soon I can light matches at 10 paces. Casting hi hat to the dresser, he disrobed down to his shirt and crawled under the scratchy sheets. He sighed. Not uncomfortable. He blew out the lantern and rested in the darkness. The rain had softened to a light drizzle now it seemed, heralding the end of the shower. Part of him frowned, he would've enjoyed the downpour's white noise. Oh well, most certainly there wouldn't be any more surprises tonight. He winced. Maybe he shouldn't have thought that.
Riekan thinks for a while, carefully choosing his words so he wouldn't offend Vi'lea. "I've noticed earlier that you seemed to be enjoying yourself with Lyssa, and now you mentioned your Queen's daughters like you wanted to, uhn, lay with them," He makes a brief pause. "So, my question is, do you really prefer only women or there was a man at some point in your life?"
"No need to be shy, you’re hardly the first man to ask me that question, and I’m sure you won’t be the last. Yes, I prefer women. Though I don’t mind futas, either – as long as they act like women their cocks don’t bother me. As for men… I just don’t care about them.
