"Mick Pollarc?" She gives you a pouting look. "It was only kissing and a little fooling around and definitely none of your business, you big lunk. You're not my Papa." She looks at the rest of you, "I don't much care which path we take, or even if we split up, but we'd better get moving."
(OOC: SOrry I work from morning until three my time. I'll be on a little later) Silvan is recovered and as they walk he scoots next to Andreas. "So, noticed you staring at the kitten while she was taking care of me. Want to hear how I got her trained?" He rubs her head as they walk, and she smiles up at him. He had promised her a lot more cream tonight for her good work today and she was ready to prove herself so she could get more.
Vi’lea hesitates a bit longer, until she hears Pepper’s words. Oh, well. Nothing ventured – nothing gained. "For now let’s just get to the split path. We can decide on a direction once we’re there. Who knows – maybe we’ll get lucky and find a clue which way to find the slimes, or maybe we’ll hear something, or perhaps one path will be conveniently blocked…" Yeah, right! Like that last one is very likely to happen… She adds in her mind. As she starts to walk towards the cave the dark elf reminds herself to keep an eye on the ceiling as well as the floor and the walls – with slimes one could never be too careful…
Andreas grins broadly, meeting the lecherous expression of the fellgist. "Love to hear it." He occasionally peers toward the cave ceiling, just in case he notices movement one of those "stalactites"... "Academically speaking, Vi'lea, I'm wondering if slimes are... well, for lack of a better word, cold-blooded. Might be cold for us who have internal body heat, but they may be able to live in lower temperatures more easily."
"Easy there, spitfire," Riekan grins, wondering about the fooling around part. "Just looking out for you, and I'm definitely glad I'm not your papa." He then gives her a look that shows just how much he appreciates her beauty and her body.
You reach the branch in the cave. Pepper uses the lantern to indicate the passage to the left. "The pond is down that way," she whispers and you can see the passage does have a definite downward slope. For completion's sake, she points the lantern to the right, indicating a slightly smaller passage in that direction. There seems to be a trace of glistening slime on the floor of the cave just beyond the passage to the left. It would seem a safe bet that direction harbors at least some of the remaining slime girls.
"Well," Riekan scratches the back of his neck. "Seems like there's slimes at the pond, we should probably head that way." "Unless, of course, the answer lies in the least obvious path." He grins as he looks at the others.
Andreas leans to see the slime covering the floor. It squelches beneath his shoe. "There's no evidence to say otherwise Riekan, and besides, I'd guess an ooze would enjoy similar conditions to a slime." He sneers, regarding the right passage. "Unless they're very good at covering their tracks. Unchartered waters for me, but I'd guess the left too."
"Well, at least one slimegirl has gone left. And where’s one there should be more. Unless the slimegirls are much smarter than we give them credit for, but that’s not the impression I got from the ones we met earlier, plus I’ve never heard about slimes setting up traps or misleading people by leaving false tracks." Vi’lea chimes in, agreeing with her companions. Vi'lea decides to stay at the back, behind the others, so that she would have more time for casting spells, if the need arises.
As the others decide about which path to follow, Riekan leans down to Pepper's height, his hand lightly touching her waist. "Think the ooze can be hiding a treasure?" He whispers into her ear, recalling one of her prime reasons for joining the party.
While they walk, Silvan tells his friend the story about the night before when he went looking for a hound to help hunt the slimes. He mentioned that he and Tila had heard the sex in Lyssa's room that night and how it had kept Tila awake until he had satisfied her again. "I love how she purrs when we hit the perfect rhythm. I'm used to larger women since they don't break as easy, but Tila here... She's a lot tougher than she looks." Once it comes to the split, Silvan asks Tila if she can hear any noises or see anything in the darkness that is beyond everyone else's sight. He agrees that the most obvious path probably leads to their prey, but wants to be certain.
"It had better be," she whispers back. "I didn't traipse all the way out here and waste a shot of my thunder gun to walk away with a glowing crystal thingie. Why? You want to sneak off in that direction while these dummies go to the pond?"
Tila does not like being in the cave at all and she urges you to leave with a "Pllllease master" and a rub against your body. She can't see or hear anything the rest of you can't, but she doesn't like the cave.
Silvan pets Tila and assures her that if she will be a brave little girl for a while longer, she will get a nice reward. He made a mental note to get her an extra treat for the evening. He would have to see what food she liked and get it for her.
Having a hard time not admiring Tila, Andreas smiles, "I could tell by the way she tore apart the half-frozen slime. By the by, Tila? I'm sorry, you really did take the brunt of the explosion, but I'm glad you're fine." Sidling closer to Silvan, he whispers, "Beastwomen aren't normally my thing myself, but damn if she wasn't... enthusiastic with you, regardless of your beast tamer prowess. Sexy as hell." Can't blame her, Andreas thinks. Not really my thing either, but, well... He sees Vi'lea take u the rear, so he decides to focus on the front. Better to have the guns up front. He marches forward, heading into the passage.
Riekan raises an eyebrow. "Why, Pepper," He whispers again with a grin. "If I understood you correctly, you want to leave them to hunt the slime while we go for the treasure?"
Riekan grins at the redhead. "Lead the way then, spitfire," He whispers into her ear. "I must admit it's a very exciting thought to go on an adventure just the two of us."
"She's damn sexy. And tastes sweet as honey." He thought about it for a minute. She was damn sexy and he wasn't surprised other men wanted her. Maybe she would be up to a threesome or him watching her have some fun. He would have to reward her afterwards, but that in itself could be interesting. Let someone else get her hot and he comes in and stokes the flames afterwards. Well, she did love lots of cream... Silvan kept close to Andreas to make sure he had cover if they were attacked.
