"Deal." He grabs her hand and pulls her towards him, kissing and groping her in the water. "Ready to head for the palace, boss?"
Kyouka accepts his kiss, "Mmh." Moaning as their tongues wrestle, while he gropes her large breasts. "Aahn. Yeah, let's go. The faster we finish the meeting, the sooner we can have fun." She said as she licks her lips. The redhead then stands up, heading back to the changing room to wear her clothes. Then she heads with Santo toward the palace.
Jian watched them leave and sheathed his sword again, returning to the procession. He looked to Chitsukiko with a shake of his head, 'Looks like you're not the only one on edge today. Idiots... nearly brawling in the street.'
Eikyo makes a bit of a show of counting on his fingers, but not enough to seem stupid. "I make it... eight. And, like I said, I'm an administrator... Though I'll admit that most of my success has been down to me being charismatic than my - still real - skill with numbers."
After a long walk, finally, she finds herself at the gates of the palace complex. Kyouka notes that while the guards at Castle Yokuboo were decent enough looking soldiers, the guards at the main gate of the palace are trained, veteran samurai, clearly all veterans of many battles, and well skilled. Any one of them looks like they could be a good opponent. After checking her invitation carefully, and cross referencing it with a list in which her appearance is described in detail, the massive wooden door opens. As she goes to enter, however, Santo is blocked, as he's not been invited. After claiming to be her manservant, however, he's let in, though he's warned that he will be watched. Chitsukiko nods. "Yeah, things seem tense." @majus The procession takes a long time, but eventually, they reach the gates, and are let in. Through the gates, the party see green and pink, the colours stretching as far as the eye can see, as they travel through a garden almost large enough to be a forest. The palace itself is a large complex, with many buildings and castles inside it. The main palace, where the emperor resides, is not yet in sight. An immensely fat man, carried in a litter, is brought before the group. "Ah, good day. Those of you selected for the Kushan, go that way." He points a chubby finger towards a castle near the side of the complex. "My lady Fujiwara, and her...escort, you may follow me to the main palace. Your bodyguards and servants are to go to the guest castle, with those chosen for the Kushan, where they will be fed and given a chance to rest."
Kyouka grins in excitement as she saw the guards. Interesting. Maybe one of them would accept a duel. She thought to herself as she presents her invitation. And just as she enters, she forgot about her companion. Who then identifies himself as her manservant, making her grin even more. Then as they head inside, she couldn't help but giggle. "So, manservant. What should I have you do first?" She teased as they head toward the meeting place.
As corpse hit on the floor, Inazuma noticed that spell of sorceress is repeat by her. "How long time can you hold your cleaning air spell? And better save your magic for harder enemies, we don't want to get lost in sex." She said and tried to judge how long is that chamber with plants.
Jurobei keeps neutral facial expression as he follows Shogun, like a good vassal would, staying close to her side.
"I'm yours to command, my lady." He chuckles as well, though he tries to look at least a little subservient. They head towards a small two story tenshu, with its own small courtyard. Kyouka is shown up to her elegant and well design room. Through the hall, there's a common area where she can interact with the other people who were on the ship, or with the guards and servants.
"I'll never say no to some sake." He chuckles. "Tell you what, kid, I'm thinking of bringing you on as my personal secretary. It won't be well paid work, but it'll be enough so you won't starve, and if my brother sees you doing well, maybe he'll make you a retainer. How does that sound?"
"Fufu." Kyouka giggles as they entered her room. "Good, I expected as much." She cooes, not really surprised at how her accomodation looked, due to where they were. "Ah, for now. I think I'll go look for something to eat." She said, not really caring whether Santo follows her, or stays behind. She heads to the common room, hoping they prepared some snacks and drinks.
"A while longer, but if the gas in the air fails to dissipate, then we might have to head back and try the other route." Heading down the hallway, the plants grow thicker and more numerous, until the walls, ceiling and floor are entirely covered by nature. Finally, they reach the end, heading into a large chamber. There, the vines grow gigantic, with massive flowers and fungi all around. Some of the plants are bio-luminescent, illuminating the walls in a beautiful multi-coloured glow. Across the room, the two women see a group of zombies approach, all carrying torches, setting plants alight. All at once, the vines descend on them. A thick vine drops on one, crushing it flat, while two small vines wrap around the ankles of another undead and rip it apart like a wish bone. One vine hoists a zombie into the air, before dropping it into the mouth of a massive fly trap. The sorceress looks at the display with interest. "It seems like the undead are trying to destroy the plants. That means that whatever magic is around here, it isn't uniform. The monsters are fighting each other. Perhaps we could use this to our benefit?"
Inazuma look at big fly trap with intrest and smile to sorceress. "I think if we hurt badly that main plant, the rest will be more vuneralbe. Do you have some kind of bomb or granate with explosive and fire? I have a plan. When I blow up main plant, you will rush forward. I will cover you." She said to sorceress and with that weaopn, hide herself in the shadows, moving closer to fighting plants and zombies. When one of undeath will be drop in the mouth of massive fly trap again, Inazyma will throw fire bomb inside mouth. Most creatures are weak inside and something telling her that one isn't exception.
In the very center of the massive complex lies the emperor's residence, a large building built centuries ago in the style of the Eternal Empire. They're escorted inside a massive antechamber, and made to wait for the better part of an hour, before the two massive doors leading into the throne room open, and a eunuch loudly calls out for the shogun and her vassal to enter. Walking along the path in the throne room, Aya and Jurobei are stopped at the foot of the throne. The throne room is laid out befitting the old emperor's status as a warrior, though his son has never seen battle. Noticeably absent, in fact, is the young emperor. Instead, on either side of the room, are the Empress dowager and the kampaku Both look with interest at the newcomers. The empress speaks first. "So, you've come to swear your alleigance to my son?" Aya, either truly submissive, or playing a role, looks at Jurobei for confirmation before saying "Yes, your majesty." The empress dowager smirks at the sight, looking at Jurobei with an unreadable expression. "And you, lord...? What's your name?"
She's lead by a servant into a small indoor garden area, where food and drink has been laid out on picnic blankets. As Kyouka goes to eat, however, she hears an all too familiar moan. Turning her head, she sees a woman looking up at her, burly servant massaging her tattooed back. Oichi doesn't even bother to feign surprise. "Oh, Youka, how good to see you after so long." She giggles mirthlessly. "Would you like to share some tea?"
@unisol_gr44 @Sabine Wren Yunah, Chitsukiko and Jian are lead into the small castle, and shown to their rooms. They see Kyouka talking with a tattooed woman, while Chitsukiko leans in to Jian and whispers "Our rooms are next to one another." She chuckles. Outside the castle, there is a small promenade, where shops stand to sell items to the many people working in the palace complex.
The moment she heard the moan, Kyouka almost choked on the little dumplings she was eating. "Oi-oichi." She groaned, "Right. Sarutobi did say you were here." She hissed under her breath, "Yeah, long time no see. Though it seems you haven't changed much." She replied in a sarcastic tone, taking a sip of her own tea. "No thank you. I can see that you're busy enough, without me getting in your way." She declined the invitation to share her older sister's tea. Mostly due to her horrible experience of Oichi spiking her drinks with special herbs.
