'I'll glad a little ash is all it managed to do to you,' James looked genuinely concerned and relieved, 'So, it's some kind of demon using hellfire? You got a trail we can follow?'
@moonblack "Okay, I have his website right here. What message should we send him?" Melissa shows her phone where Doug' profile was shown, to the two girls.
Chelsea chuckles at his relief. "Aww, didn't know you cared." She nods. "Yeah, a flame sprite. Think of a scantily clad redhead, but she's got horns and is literally on fire. That's basically what she looks like. As for where she is, I think she's in an abandoned hospital, not far away."
'You're the only person I knew before I'm allowed to meet, of course I care,' James laughed, 'A scantily-clad redhead? Sounds fun. What did she do to get you or your bosses on her case?' 'Is it close enough to walk or should we take your bike?' James asked Chelsea.
“Well, first see what sort of jobs he's offering, and what sort of girls he might be looking for. Then send him a message that makes us seem similar to what he needs, but not quite the same. I doubt he ever gets people who perfectly match what he is looking for. Try to look for a job that could get all three of us hired as a group, so that we can stay together.”
@Tjf "Alright, let's see." Melissa looks at Doug's upcoming event, and scrolling through his facebook page to see if he had any recent hiring post.
"She has something a client wanted, some kinda magic runestone. She took the magic thingie he was offering in trade and then set him on fire. I don't really care, one way or another, long as he pays." She shrugs, before nodding. "Yeah, let's take the bike. You don't mind being pressed up against me, do you?" Chelsea smirks.
James smiled, he seemed to have gotten a lot more confident and open since the last time they had met, 'With this many layers of clothes between us? Shouldn't be a problem.' The blonde teenager let Chelsea get on her bike and then got on it behind her, putting his arms around her middle.
Imalia browses through the bookings page on Doug's website, and the event's own site. "It says here that we can do a group audition, and he can find us work together if there's anything applicable."
“Sounds good to me. Let's try that and see how it goes. What are the requirements? Any special preparation we need to do ahead of time?”
"Alright! Though, when are the auditions?" Melissa asked, since she planned to meet with Tyler tomorrow.
Alicia/Ariel did have the elemental advantage here, though it was evident that it was cancelled out quickly by the simple fact that the lich had a lot longer to get used to his powers, while she was just learning and discovering them for the first time, being almost a bran new creation. The result was the binding of a shadowed tentacle sweeping under her leg and wrapping around her thigh to trip her up. She didn't hit the ground, her wings beating beneath her as she managed to stay air borne, and retaliate with a spell of her own, in a split second reaction, casting a more concentered healing spell directly at the lich. While this kind of magic would heal mortal wounds and save their lives, it was the kind of magic that was also the bane of the undead. Even if she could only fracture his physical body for the time being, she'd have to do what she could, a sphere of light becoming visibly through the eye sockets of the hollow skull as it started to expand outward from inside the skeleton's skull and chest, reacting violently when faced with this much dark energy in a war to eat away at the each other and force out the dark magical influence animating the skeleton.
Chelsea starts up the bike, and the two of them speed off down the street, heading through downtown LA. As the two of them pass car after car, James gets a good feel of her ass, as they sit together on the cramped seat. Eventually, they park up in front of the old hospital, a brutalist monolith made out of grey concrete, with its windows smashed and paint chipped away.. The perimeter is surrounded by a barbed wire fence, but it's collapsed in several areas, so getting in won't be a problem.
"There's a slot open for tonight. We just have to send out measurements and some photos, so he can get costumes ready." Imalia looks up. "Ready?"
“Sure, let's do it. We can take each other's measurements, but what about the photos? Do we do that ourselves, or should we get someone to take them for us?”
"Well, that sounds easy enough." Melissa sighed in relief, "Ah, how about we send him a group picture?" She said with a grin, "I'm sure he'll be dying to meet with us then." She the stands up, ready to get fitted, though she hoped that she didn't need to lift her skirt. Due to the fact that she still had Sully's toy inside of her.
James got off the bike, looking at the delipidated hospital. He looked to Chelsea, 'Nice place.' James closed his eyes and concentrated for a moment, creating a warding spell against fire around him. He tried to think back to his training and a way to extend his protective spell to Chelsea as well.
