"Surprising that he didn't write that in his letter. In any case, here we are." The man stops in front of a doorway. "If you need anything, I'll be at the front, where I met you. If I'm not, ask for Francois. A pleasure to meet you, mistress." The maitre'd bows and leaves. Opening the door, Danielle steps into a small, cramped office area, filled with various books and magical implements. Looking out, she sees a curvy blonde woman sitting at a chair, facing away from her, a man kneeling between her legs. "Please stop moving, this is sensitive work, madame." The man's quiet voice rings out across the room, as the woman yawns.
A breeze blows in through the window, shutting the door behind Danielle with a clunk. At the loud noise, the man pokes his head up inquisitively, revealing himself to be Danielle's husband. The thin, bespectacled man gives a smile as he sees his wife. "Ah, finally you're here, my love." Walking away from the blonde, the magician strides across the room to embrace his wife. "I've missed you terribly." For all his genuine emotion, Danielle can't help but feel that her husband's touch feels more like a friend's than a lover's. Chastely, he kisses her cheeks. "Please, come in. I should be done soon."
