So what you are saying is that the sequence of events was like this: Enter story Click "Save As Draft" Receive "whoops looks like something went wrong' message Page does not reset or delete contents in any way, but repeated attempts save continue to yield 3 Copy to local system text editor Back up to previous active chapter using browser back button and clicking on "Add a new chapter" to restart the process Copy new content to the new, blank chapter entry page Click "Save as Draft" Save successful
I've added a new chapter and accompanying tags to my story about a week ago, however my story doesn't show up in the site search using those new tags and the new tags don't show up on the story's tag list. Ideas?
Can you give me an example? I've tested it with the tag "little black dress" and could find the story in the site search.
Please try to always include as many links as possible in your bug reports. It makes it much easier for us to find things if we know exactly what you are looking at, instead of trying t find it in the entire site based on a description.

Bug report: When people try to access "Chapters" on my account they get an error message, I myself get one when I try to visit it too though I can still access "My Chapters" from the drop down bar without any trouble. My acount/profile seems to be the only one with this issue too, seeing as I can see the Chapters that other authors have written without trouble.
Unable to uploading any new stories or threads or even save drafts. When I try it goes back a page and says "content fields not filled". Doesn't save any of my writing either :'( I'm using a windows phone so that could be part of it

That fixed it! Cheers Another thing but less major: My phone often allows me to scroll beyond the bottom of a page and if I click a link (such as next page) whilst I'm slightly beyond the page it does nothing. Functions perfectly if I just scroll up a bit and tap the link
Minor bug: When saving a linking page as draft, it seems to remove the target when editing again (unable to publish without reentering the target chapter).
I have a few stories in my favorites that aren't hitting my notification settings. The only thing I can think of is because I deselected the option for "Publishes a chapter" from the User section of the settings. As it happens, I'm watching the person who published the story but I'm not getting any notification notice when they add a chapter despite still having "Adds a chapter to my favorite stories" selected.

^One of which is for the old version: which effectively no longer exists...?^ In other news: I have a bug report for the new site too: When I try to make things Underlined with the RTE program it doesn't show up... This is very frustrating. In other news I have also realized that on the old site there was a markdown for -S-T-R-I-K-E-T-H-R-O-U-G-H- which the RTE cant do at all, even when it's working: which I had on occasion made use of... ^(Not Sure if that Counts as a Bug, but I thought it should be mentioned.)^

Doesn't happen with other authors, and I've only placed his story in my favourites (no other "subscriptions" like bookmarks or following the user)
It's because of chapter linking. The same chapter gets linked from another spot, so you get a notification for the initial creation of the chapter, then another one because that chapter was linked to (which is treated the same in notifications as a chapter addition).
If it's the three sisters story it might be because I basically have almost all chapters of a long part of it twice because of one choice at the start (who to take a room with), so I actually always update two chapters of the same name at the same time Of course, as velios said, I also have lots of links that could be the cause of that.
I just had a look at this story map: https://chyoa.com/story/Curse.3724/map?chapter=101304 There are three chapters called "Introduction", each one by a different person. This seems wrong to me.
