On land, the creature's don't stand much of a chance against a trained witcher, and the left and right drowners are carved through with ease. The one in the centre, however, manages to jump on her, wrapping its legs around her waist and moving to bite her neck.
“Did you... tell her I was watching?” Varrin did not try to stop his sister's hands as he recalled what she had done that night.
Alerted by the noblewoman in armour, Danielle begins to see dark shapes on one of the overlooking rooftops. @asddas193 As she warns Danielle, Mirellia begins to see even more shapes emerge on the roof.
Gustav nods. "Good point. It's not like our current job is without risk, I guess. I hope you succeed in your dream, Trista." Something about his tone strikes her as genuine.
Verena curses and grabs The Drowners Head with both Hands, cooking it quickly with a Igni Spell. She applies a Strong Alcoholic Potion onto her Neck, letting the Pain fuel her resolve as She stands back up.
"I didn't, and I don't think the elf did either." Isabella's hands rub against his bulge. "Though given the way she was that night, I think if I had told her, you'd have had a lot of fun, instead of a reprimand." She chuckles.
Trista finished washing last parts of her body and dip again in the stream, holding breath underwater for few minutes. Than, she rise up and take a deeep breath. "Ah!!! Me too, Gustav, me too." She started walking to her things, showing her naked body in full glory. "Well, that was nice."
The drowner, having put itself in a vulnerable position, is unable to defend itself as it burns. It falls to the ground beside her. Luckily, Verena wasn't bitten, the drowner had tried to, but didn't succeed.
Gustav passes her armour to her, looking at her body. "Not as nice as it could have been, but all things considered, pretty pleasant."
“Perhaps... Have you watched Maddie and her elven friend before?” Varrin was getting curious now as he let his sister tease him.
'Well, I on the other hand would like to know,' Ard chuckled, 'Perhaps I should give it a try, if my destiny is to rejoin my brethren, maybe she could give me hints as to how. You do not have to come if you do not fancy it, though I have come to enjoy your company.'
"Khh. It looks like the assassins are early." Mirellia grumbled, "Ashton, go to that building over there." She points at the structure that looked easiest to climb. "Everyone else, take cover and watch out for their other troops." She ordered, as she runs to toward another building. Using her enhanced armor's speed to dash, and use some nearby crates to jump onto the roof.
Trista getting dry herself, using towel on every part of her body. "Well, maybe you will take bath too? Or you want scare off guards just by your sent? " She tease him as she getting dressed.
Verena stands up, putting The Potion back on her Belt and Runs The Rest of The Way instead of Using The Boat and attract Drowners again.
"Maybe, maybe not. But they obviously will not find us for a couple of more days... If they are even looking for us." Lutz said calmly as he attached clamps with weights to the woman's nipples... then he sat back and observed her. From one side she had to hold herself over the top of a wooden horse, from the other, she was being pulled down by the weights on her nipples. Even if she told him now anything, he wouldn't believe her. It was too early. He would need first to tire her up. After a few hours, he changed the bondage. He moved the tired and barely conscious inquisitor to the next bondage. He hanged her from the ceiling by her hands and tied her ankles to the rings sticking from the ground, pulling her leg apart. When that was done, he there a bucket of water on her naked body, to wake her up.
Abigail rolls her eyes. "And the alternative is: I walk back through the drowner infested swamps?" The redhead gives a chuckle. "Yeah, you're not too unpleasant to be around, even if you are a spectral horseman. I'll come with you to the Lady, and plug my ears if she says something I don't want to know. She's supposed to be on an island somewhere. It's lush and green, according to the stories, completely different from the rest of the swamps."
Ashton nods and begins to clamber his way towards his destination. Mirellia, nimble from her training and enhanced by her armour, easily makes it up onto the roof, where she sees four confused looking crossbowmen looking back at her. "Wha-" The leading man, obese and with a rough beard, utters, not completing his sentence in surprise. @Auraicide The armoured noblewoman effortlessly makes her way onto the rooftops, as Danielle sees a figure wander into the marketplace. She's pretty sure it's Samuel, given that his height and weight seem right, but she can't get a good look at his face in the darkness to confirm. From beyond the markets, she hears the faint sounds of armoured boots on cobblestones.
"Nah, I'd better not get naked in front of you." He grins. "Might turn you mad with desire, and then someone could sneak up on us."
Heading through the mud, she travels about half a mile, her witcher senses helping her to keep her sense of direction, until finally she sees the village in the distance, a trail of smoke rising up from the ruins of several huts.
