New CHYOA guide ready!

Hi, I didn't verify my email in the alotted time period and the link expired, I was able to log in again by requesting a new password, but I think my account still needs to be verified. Can I get another link to do that?

Hi,

you should receive a new verification email by changing your email under Settings. But this is definitely a feature we should implement in the future.

I can't seem to find the instructions on how to link to an already existing thread, and I can't figure out how to do it.

Add a thread like normal but then on the right hand side is Link Thread. Click on that and you will have a search bar. Start typing the name of the thread you want to link and the drop box will display all of the threads with the same name in the story.

Hi samur13,

You can edit your story via https://chyoa.com/story/Rotlicht-Reportage.5397/edit. In general, go to "Down Arrow" (at the top right), "My Stories", "Three dots", "Edit Story".

story picture:
Go to "my stories". Click on the 3 rings right of your story and choose "Edit Story". There you can click on the box (or picture) above the story title to choose or change the picture.

currently there are no chapter pictures, but there is a way to insert pictures into the thread body (below the chapter title or somewhere between the text). See here

Dear Amin,
I was wondering how I would go about changing my username? You see, I had a very minor typo and missed it.
Thanks!

Hi,

Just let me know which username you prefer and I'll change it. Username changes by users are currently not supported.
