He heads into a doorway, closing the door behind him. "Weird." Melinda speaks softly to herself. "Does anyone speak English?" She calls out, only for the crowd to ignore her. "Ahem..." The professor faces Miriam. "Mind searching for someone who can speak English and doesn't want to run away? If not, see if you can buy a map. I'll be working on the GPS."

I'll look for one while you work on the GPS.”

An old woman arrives before too long, holding out two bowls of fragrant food. The meal is surprisingly not bad, at least compared to army rations, and the two women fall into talking. "This mission is weird, don't you think? Like, blowing up that oil refinery, that was a pretty normal mission. This, though... Ancient tombs? Lost cities? It's not what we normally do. Do you think it could be true, the rumors the reports mentioned? That the city has magical powers or something?"
"Good idea." Melinda nods. "Alright, I think I saw a little general store down the street. They might have a map of the area."

Sonya laughs. "Heh, we're more like Lara Croft, I'd say." She nods at Natasha's analysis. "Yeah, that's a good point. What's there might seem normal and boring."
Natasha smile and lie down on the bed, making timer in her watch on 20.00 "Alright, let's catch some rest, tonight we will have to be ready for action." She said and take a nap.
"Oh," Melinda looks at her subordinate in surprise, before nodding. "Right, good idea." It isn't long before Miriam finds the quaint little general store, filled with everyday items and goods tailored to the local farming population. "Bon Giorno, signora." The man behind the counter inclines his head in greeting, looking younger than most of the population. "Or maybe I should say good day? A tourist, are you?" He switches to English.
“Good day to you as well,” Miriam smiled at the young man, “yes, I am a tourist and I am looking for a map of the area. Do you have any?” She decided not to mention the reason she needed the map. “Also, if I may ask, are there places in the area you would recommend visiting? Or any to avoid?”
"Good idea." Sonya lies down on her bed, and soon Natasha feels her eyelids growing heavy. When Natasha awakes, everything is dark, and cold. Sonya is nothing to be found.
