Beatrice frowned, as she considered the subject. "I cannot act against any of the cult members... without explicit orders of grandmaster." She turned to face Benett sharply. "What's more, I have direct orders, to stay away from any such conflicts and power plays." She got up, leaving money on the table for the coffee. "That said, if Layla betrays the cult, she will become officially an enemy." She paused. "Good luck." With that, she turned and left, walking to her room. She needed to check maps for the route they would take.
Miriam read the phrase carefully and tried pronouncing it a couple of times. Once she was sure she would be able to pronounce it properly, without making any mistakes, she stood in the middle of the circle and began chanting, as instructed.
Holding his ground and tightening his grip on the pocketed knife, Dylan nods at her and replies, "Quite the coincidence. I didn't take you for the stalker type. Or are you here for my partner instead?" He inches his way slightly to the side so that he is closer to the wall and, more importantly, the sand filled outdoor ashtray in the hallway (thank the gods this country has laxer smoking laws than back home).
The man jumps a little, turning around. "Oh, it's just you." He sighs and chuckles. "Err, yes, there are a few around here. Do you have a map? I could point them out to you."
Natasha feels a phantom hand rubbing between her legs. "A beautiful woman always has something to offer..." There's a low chuckle. "The spear has the power of lightning, stolen from Zeus himself. It's a powerful trinket." She feels her eyes raise upwards, until she sees a strap of leather hanging on the wall - a dog collar. "If you want the spear, just wear the collar..."
"You want it?" A female voice sounds out. "The price is simple: Do your job, and make the soldier you're travelling with into a willing slut. The figurine can help with this."
As she reaches her door, she hears plodding footsteps from behind. "You're disobeying me, slut?" Bennett asks angrily as he approaches her.
"Aah, thank you, thank you. You're a life saver." Mori chuckles, fishing out his phone. "Uhm. Give me a sec, I have an app for that." He said, moving closer to keep the driver's attention on him. Hoping his team will take the chance to do what they came for.
"No. I'm here for you." The woman continues her approach, keeping out of range for now. "You fucked the daughter of a powerful man. He's less than pleased." She shrugs. "I'm just hired help."
Miriam feels a shock of cold, as Taia begins to pour oil on her naked body, her hands rubbing it in against Miriam's bests and between her legs, and her mind goes hazy as the Egyptian fills the air with incense. "You know that there's a chance you're not coming back from this, right?" Taia shrugs. "Okay then, let's hope I got this right." She pulls out a lighter, igniting it. "It's gonna be messy if I screwed this up." The woman tosses the lighter at Miriam, and the young woman sees her life flashing before her eyes, as the oil ignites in a rush of flame, covering Miriam's entire body. Her vision goes black, and suddenly she's not in the motel room any more. Looking around, Miriam sees an ancient city, and realises that she's high up, at the top platform of an ancient temple. She shivers slightly in the cold night air. "Another one? Come here, girl, before you get cold." A pretty voice sounds from behind, slightly familiar to the archaeologist. Turning, she sees a beautiful dark skinned woman inside the temple, standing by a fire. "You come here seeking a blessing from the gods?" She sighs.
"Oh, not at all. It's simple." The man says helpfully. "Consider it a repayment for not being able to help you myself." Spoiler: Eloise's Stealth Roll D100: 17 "Hey!" Mori hears a shout, and sees the driver's busty wife he saw yesterday. "What are you doing there?" Looking back, Mori sees Eloise standing behind the van, trying to spike the water. "Err, me?" Eloise asks awkwardly.
Well, that was... something... Was Miriam's first thought as she looked around, getting familiar with the place she had been sent to. Turning around, she looked at the dark-skinned woman. “Yes, I do.” She nodded as she moved closer to the woman and the fire. “What do I need to do?”
Dylan raises an eyebrow and all but laughs. "This is about HER?! I didn't think he cared that much, all things considered." He sighs, still obviously on his guard as he gives her a smile. "I suppose I have no chance of making a counter-offer?"
Crap. Mori sighed, "Huh?" Acting surprised as well, when Eloise was caught. "What the, darling? What are you... oooh, I see. So you were that curious. Huh." He said, "Ah, sorry, she's my wife. She's the one pestering me to get us supplies, so we can get going already." The smuggler said, once again trying to get the driver's attention. "But you know... aside from food, water, and batteries. Do you think other groceries would add... contracrptives?" Then, he whispered, hoping the naughty thought of the busty milf would stop the driver from checking what Eloise was doing.
"Come here." She sighs, as though she has better things to be doing. "Firstly, we need to decide which god to offer you to. Wjat kind of woman are you?"
The violet haired assassin shrugs. "I don't think he does. But you damaged something that's his - he can't stand for that. Or at least that's what I believe his thought process is. Rich people are strange." 'Vicky' smirks. "I highly, highly doubt you could afford to match what he's paying me."
"R-Right..." Eloise nods along. "Well, stay away from the back of the van!" The wife shouts. "We don't want our clients getting mad at us!" The woman glares once more at Eloise, before going back inside. The driver looks at Eloise, and then back to Mori. "C-Contraceptives? Ah, no... This area's a bit...conservative for that. We're more or less the only people who stock them around here."
“The kind that likes it when people obey her commands, whether willingly or not – though willing servants are generally more fun to play with...” Miriam admitted, thinking that lying in front of the gods was likely not a good idea. “And the kind that would fuck you silly, then make you beg for more – too bad we likely don't have the time for that...” She added as she ogled the woman.
"What, oh damn. That's unfortunate." Mori chuckled, "Right, could you uhm, show me what you have in stock? I doubt those guys are buying any, right? I'll just go grab my wife, we'll join you soon." He said, urging the driver to enter. And once he did, he motions for his bodyguards to finish spiking the water. "Leave the drug there, they'll handle it." He whispered to Eloise, before heading into the grocery to check on what sort of condoms they had.
The woman rolls her striking green eyes, before leading her to two statues, one depicting an eagle, and the other a beautiful naked woman. "The first characteristic sounds like you fit with Horus, the second like you belong as a worshipper of Isis. Choose." She gestures to the statues.
