Leaving her in this state was potentially dangerous for many reasons, but she had minimal interest in using such a tactic for her own benefit. But...it would be easier to protect and deal with things if she could keep the woman close, but that would only last so long before potentially probably brining in more danger.

Hesitating for a few moments, she ultimately remembered the original purpose of her becoming a renegade. Whatever the risks, such a thing ultimately imposes on another person's freedom. The widow did not have a choice. It was that simple.

Reasserting herself she decided the best thing would be to destroy it and explain the situation later, placing her hand on the tailsman and invoking her energy to exorcising the energy inside of it.
