Recently, I’ve been really into Nimbletail’s ComPet universe, which can be found on Twitter, Pixiv, DeviantArt, or HentaiFoundry. The basic concept are girls are randomly selected to be puppygirls for two years. The concept of a random draft of women for sexual reasons is an intriguing one to me. It’s one that I’ve previously explored in The Anal Service Project story. It also makes me think of the real life ideas of jury duty and the military draft. These kinds of national duties that civilians can be called upon to perform. I wanted to use this thread to brainstorm and discuss possible programs that could be written about that would target young women for sexual or kinky service of some kind. I have a few ideas, such as public cumdumps or something, but I would be interested to hear other people’s input and ideas.

I think total free use or similar topics are pretty common in stories on the site, but my thought was to have a bit more of a selecting process. The scenario would involve women being selected through some sort of process, most likely randomly, like it is for jury duty in the US. They would get a letter in the mail or something that says they’ve been chosen. I’ve written some things in the past, as previously mentioned. Aside from The Anal Service Project, “Free to Use for a Week” is also kinda similar to what I’m talking about. Though, the difference would be that the scenario I’m talking about now would likely be a program that lasts multiple months or years. I guess my main issue is that I like the idea of a program that women are selected to join, but I don’t know what that program would entail. Regular free use is overused imo. I’m trying to think outside the box and I figured I’d bring up the topic for discussion here to try to figure out the details.
Hunger Games but for breeding, basically, in a way. But for whatever it's worth, historically speaking, authoritarian countries that had low birth rates, such as Mussolini's Italy, rewarded women with the most babies in their town regularly, while Nazi Germany examined their women and see which one is the fittest to become a mother for multiple Aryan babies (with the Waffen-SS having free reign in impregnating them). Have fun with my trivia I suppose.
I’ve done a bit of brainstorming on my own and here are some ideas I’ve come up with: 1. Tentacle aliens are invading the planet. The only thing that can slow them down is sex. Young women are their main target so young women are drafted to “fight” the aliens by having sex with them. 2. A literal interpretation of “teacher’s pet”. Basically, freshman college girls are chosen to become petgirls for professors for the school year. They do errands and carry things for their professor owner. They also sexually relieve their owner so they can focus on their classes. In return, the girls get one year of college free. 3. A simple cumdump initiative. Young women are randomly selected and tied/bound at certain locations like bus stops or parks. They are allowed to be freely used by the public for relief. The goal of the program is to allow the working class to focus better during the work day. An organization monitors the health of the girls. These are just some ideas I came up with today. If anyone has additions or other suggestions, that would be awesome. I’m not completely happy with any of these ideas for various reasons so I’ll probably keep brainstorming.
For whatever it's worth, I wrote a military-based idea in 1001 Quick Story Ideas once. But with the current climate, and it being a niche in the first place, I doubt writing a war fic, when an actual war is happening, would be welcomed. And while it's not exactly freeuse, you can just have the female peacekeepers be taken to a village of rebels or indigenous peoples, and have them be pumped for satisfaction or to bear more warriors. Have them in stocks or cages or whatnot. Secondly though, I do understand that this is not primarily militaristic and focuses on a more unique way of freeuse, and one with a justification. So why not have women, drafted or otherwise, to colonize and habitat some planets? Either to have them be banged by aliens that are closed-enough to humans that we biologically can impregnate one another, or have human men bang them with the intention of babymaking. Whether or not this was what the women signed up for is up to you folks. Addendum: Speaking of Aliens, I did once write a story about Breeding Farms by aliens, where females of our race would be kidnapped by Martians tripods(think War of the Worlds) and taken to factories where they're meant to be impregnated and poop out soldiers.
There's a lot of stories where that's an underlying element, even if not the main focus. One that jumps to mind is the novel "The Forever War," where both genders are conscripted into the military but the female soldiers are expected to be recreation for the male soldiers as part of their duties. I wrote a similar setup (never published) where this was a clause in one of those rich guy scholarships. Essentially, the crazy old billionaire created a scholarship fund for women to attend his namesake college. But, their job was to ensure that the college never graduated another virgin. So there was a small group of these women who met and strategized, divided up the remaining virgins in the school to go deflower them, etc. If you wanted to make it a little darker, they could be on a full ride paid for by a fraternity in order to be the frat's free use.
I think I've read the beginning of a story that was like that. It started on the last day of high school and the graduates basically got their future assigned. Some were sent to college, some got jobs, and some jobs were of sexual nature. I doubt there has been a single day without war or "special operations" in the last two millennia. I guess the only difference is that this war hits closer to home for many western people. Sounds like a potential harem setting as it would be most resource-efficient to have many women and only a few men.
The first thing that came to mind was that in a standard military, one cadet from each sex has been assigned to be the "Relief Officer" for their squad or division or whatever, for X amount of days. Take that as literally as you like.
Kinda already a thing strangely enough. They're not exactly what you mean, sure. But they're a thing. Yeah, that's what I really meant. Conventional War with a superpower involved, rather than a Guerilla War with a superpower involved.
There's an IR subgenre dedicated to 'reparations' where pretty white women are drafted to provide sexual service to black men not of their choosing. Sometimes they have a quota and sometimes they are assigned in a white slavery scenario.
