Should I change the name of Victoria's ship? Currently her ship is named Aurora, but now there is a ship class that is also called Aurora.

 

That won't be necessary... unless you are feeling like that one time at the party when you saw someone wearing the same shirt as you and it's making you uncomfortable
But in all seriousness - that won't be necessary unless you want to... you know what, hold that thought. I messes up naming, so I will simply change the name - you hold on to your name

One question - what is your ship's name?

 

I'm unsure what the culture of the federation overall is. Is it a kind of united earth as a whole?

 

I was thinking that would be something like human corporation.

 

Close to star trek, but more militarised and expansionist... But it's far away, and captains decide how to progress.

I just wonder if you would enjoy playing imperialist...

 

added a ship name. I could change the secondary weakness, but I'm not sure what.

 

To narrow down space combat, I was thinking specifically tactics.

As for the crew, they're perfectly capable of carrying out duties aboard the ship, it's just that they don't have much higher intelligence. If all the officers died and one became captain, they'd probably do a horrible job - but they're not going to blow anything up when they're doing maintenance.

Space tactics is alright.

Okay - we can go with that.

So you are left with choosing the skill your character is most skilled with, and you are good to go!

 

So it's four skills in total - three good ones, and one master one? Alright, then I'll make tactics the masterful skill, and add diplomacy as one of the other three.

You still need pics and pick a ship... you can take part in the conference, but without the rest, you will not be able to progress.

You went with destroyer... we forgot then about the second weakness...

 

Oh you meant the destroyer ship having a weakness? I think we're confusing each other.

 

Basically, if you have higher class ship, your character takes additional weakness
