  Here's my take: because sexism. Femboys are feminine men, so they need to be deficient to Real Men, and so they get tiny dicks. Futanari are masculine women, so they need to be hypervirile, and so that means huge fuckpoles. Not saying every writer consciously goes through this reasoning, but we're all informed by by broader cultural norms and prejudices, and to escape it takes conscious effort that few bother with.

  I’m indifferent to futa mostly, but futas always…it’s not just that they have to be hung. Oh no, no, no. It can’t be just having a big dick, it needs to be the size of at least the person’s body.
