Do what you want but people know this name, you might want to consider keeping it. My name is a nonsense word. I made it up so long ago I can't even remember what I was thinking at the time. But some readers know this name now so I keep it. Something to consider.

I changed my username once (here). I'm glad I did it earlier.

Names are a part of identity. Which is why there's an urge from others, and perhaps yourself, not to change.

It's also the best reason to change it, if that's what you really want.

I will reiterate what I said the last time you brought this up: if you are 100% sold on changing it: may I recommend one of the following: LizardBeast, Lisbet, LizIsBreast, LizLikesBreasts, LizzyTheBestie, Elizabeth I, or Liz B. Isolde?

Personally, I like the parallel between 'Lez is best' and your current name lizisbest, implying -- yes a certain egotism by author Liz -- but also and more importantly by pun-logic an inclination towards male-exclusion sex (lesbian sex) as the best kind of sex, a kind of mild f/f feminist stand that is appealing and interesting.

That may be neither here nor there. Pick carefully, and change carefully. But you may be oversensitive to some perceived egotism.
