You actually have two left: 30 stories and 1000 chapters. And frankly, you need both to take a spot. If memory serves, ties are resolved based on calendar dates; since four other users reached 11 before you, matching them won't put you on Notable Writers. Only surpassing them to 12 will do it.

I respectfully disagree, but, I acknowledge that such an argument can be made and has its own merits...

Or - Doadventures could try the Tonya Harding method of getting on the podium.

Maybe it's time we set up a section of authors recommended by other members for their contributions here!

The reason I haven't 'liked' the OP is that I feel you ARE a notable writer but haven't been recognized as such because unlike myself you didn't actively pursue that status while it was relatively attainable...
