Thanks! One more thing; after I published it, I saw approve and decline buttons. Am I, the original author of the story, the one who approves chapters (and the story), or is the story approved by the site's moderators?

A moderator will approve the story (and all chapters that exist until then). Each new chapter must then be approved by you.
