If I wanted to play Avenger's, I'd have played Avengers. It's too far removed and over the top from the things that made the first game good.

Even more over the top than the previous two? I don't think Origins even factors in to their design decisions anymore.

I've heard people praise the hack and slash gameplay(preferred the more actually tactical bit of origins) and...everything is just fine. Like maybe a 7. But it's....

I'm not looking for Varric VS Solas:Civil War, or evil AU Hawke, or Zeveran joins the Suicide Squad. The last two don't happen...but sure as hell feel like definitely the direction of this grand overblown mega all out war budget thing with the characters acting more like the Justice League than actual rpg characters. ....it has to be seen to know what I'm talking about.

and on a lesser note, I definitely don't think Varric was just such a interesting and cool character we needed him to be a central main character of three fucking games. He's really, reaaallllly not that interesting for this main series face character they want to hype him as. And Solas was never just such a good antagonist either that Inquistion needed a direct sequel to follow him.
