I'd say Sci-fi if there is advanced futuristic tech, fantasy otherwise.

It is why we should have both a setting category and a fetish category. Everything that isn't set strictly in the real world ends in Sci-fi or fantasy no matter of the sexual content.

I would choose fantasy, but it depends on technology.

Well, I wouldn't say "Advanced futuristic tech". There may be some technology that doesn't or couldn't exist today, but it's not like they have perfected The Hover Board(The true example of a Technologically superior setting).

I'd tend towards fantasy.

I would like to change my vote to humor and satire. The reason is that if there are demons playing tricks in the modern world weather it is non-con or not should be funny.

Sadly it's more of an "Evil Monsters invading the Modern World" type story.

Ooooh, i assumed it was a 40k kind of deal. Then Fantasy for sure.

I guess I should have provided more detail, but I haven't hammered out all of the details for myself as of yet.

The worst is when something asks you to explain some stuff you hadn't developed past a simple concept and you have to figure it out in a few minutes to reply.
