It's technically possible, but you will totally lose any readers that don't speak Russian and the story owner might refuse to accept your chapter if he doesn't know what it says.
It is funny that a few months back I had asked a similar question in the forums. Part of the issue is that people will struggle to understand what you are saying that are not familiar with the language in question, however if you teach the language slowly over many chapters intermixed with English it shouldn't be an issue.
I personally would love to work with someone that uses the Russian language with an English speaking story. While I am not fluent in Russian in any way there are enough translators online to help.
