    Nah, I was never into Sailor Moon. My fiance is/was, though, so I got subjected to some of that nostalgia.

    It was fairly awful. I'm on your side. But I have to sympathize with those who enjoy the show for childhood reasons.

    No, Sailor Moon Crystal follows the original manga more closely than the 90s anime, but in the end both cover the same story, albeit with some differences... I think. I haven't actually watched Crystal yet.
