Thanks, I feel a lot better now. I can now say (without exception) that every instance of fan fiction I ever saw (as limited as it is) seemed to potentially match the stuff listed above but I never some of it long enough to see the long term degradation.

I have a whole other set of issues with fanfiction and if it seems weird having me telling this you will understand soon. I saw all of those stories (Naruto, Bleach, star wars, etc...). The thing is that I have a problem with names and even for things that I have personally read or watched...

one year on Chyoa as of today. It's been very fun and I came so far since my start, really wonder what year 2 will have in reserve for me.

i'm used to read stories with pretty long chapters (on my phone) and didn't consider the issue it would have with short chapters on pc.

I was talking as a reader about the spoiler factor that comments can have while visible as you read.

On pc the issue isn't aesthetic. Try to enjoy a chapter full of suspense with a comment in bold saying. ARE YOU CRAZY WHY DID YOU KILL THIS CHARACTER!!!!! Just on the side of the screen.

on the mobile version you have to click something to see comments and on the pc version you see them while you read opening the door for spoilers. I propose that in both case the comment section on chapter be moved at the bottom of the chapter. you should have read the chapter before commenting...

I Thought I had commented on that already. Might have been in another thread. It's an horrible idea. It removes an useful function.

Without duplications, you can simply have two characters with the same first name, or references to a celebrity or non character person with the same name. Taking the previous exemple "I want a burger let's go to David's junior." Also , nicknames. Change John to Albert and get called Johnny...

The thing to ask yourself is how much would infinite customization of the main character would bring to the story versus how much work it would take. Do you feel ready to write a page long conditional variable for every single one description of a part of her body? I Started a game story...
