Lost the first draft of this second part of the review and had to re-write it, but here's the other half of the masochist review of Wrynn's "Running the Gauntlet." https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rowana-%26-Azzie-Read-%22Running-the-Gauntlet%22-by-Wrynn%2C-Part.1859878

Part 1 of a masochist review of Wrynn's "Running the Gauntlet" https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rowana-%26-Azzie-Read-%22Running-the-Gauntlet%22-by-Wrynn%2C-Part-1.1859320

State of the Story: There are 1,302 chapters. (+58) The longest branch is 35 chapters deep. (+0) There are currently 386 chapters to be written. (+15) Progress remains steady, we get spates of likes and then slowdowns. All very normal. The story continues.

I was on the fence about the name, but I tried out a couple of alternatives, and they all read too D&D-ish. So Ghola it is! And we may see more of Béibhinn in the future.

People asked privately: "I got the impression you were planning for a miscarriage story." and "I do not want Rache to get slugged by the bud slug." Neither of those are in the outline. Weird shit is coming up, but not those specific things. Be at ease.

Part 2, and the review is complete. https://chyoa.com/chapter/Azzie-%26-Rowena-Read-%22Devil%27s-Throne%22-by-Wrynn%2C-Part-2.1854236

Part 1 of another masochist mode review. https://chyoa.com/chapter/Azzie-%26-Rowena-Read-%22Devil%27s-Throne%22-by-Wrynn%2C-Part-1.1853363

Haven't updated the lore in a bit; been working on the outline for coming chapters. There's going to be a little more body horror and some more aliens are going to show up. Mysteries revealed, yadda yadda.

9,005. I guess quantity is a quality all its own.

Traveling the next few days, but the good news is that Friday's chapter is already done, so there shouldn't be any disruption in posting.

Harem Hotel: Undead Edition A necromancer mumbles the incantation to draw the attention of the Gods of Death, thinking it will aid him in his quest to return his one true love to life... ...instead, he ends up as the contestant on a very peculiar gameshow. His harem consists of zombies...

State of the Story: There are 1,244 chapters. (+62) The longest branch is 35 chapters deep. (+0) There are currently 371 chapters to be written. (-19) Progress! Unfortunately, going to be doing some traveling next week, so there might be some posting interruptions. Do what I can.

I know the last couple of chapters have been chatty, but we are going to get more sexytimes (and strange revelations) soonish.

Hey, you're back.

Had an idea for a really terrible/great story, but can't write it when I've got two ongoing. The struggle is real.

Might be interesting to retell this story from Rachel's perspective someday.

End of book 1 reached! Which is the end of this Masochist Mode review. They're not bad chapters, but they do get a bit long, and there are a lot of them. https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rowana-%26-Azzie-Read-%22Well-At-Least-I%E2%80%99m-a-Magic-Pirate-Now%22-by-Jerynboe%2C-Part-4.1844831

One more. Sorry for the slowness onthis one, only so much time in the day. https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rowana-%26-Azzie-Read-%22Well-At-Least-I%E2%80%99m-a-Magic-Pirate-Now%22-by-Jerynboe%2C-Part-3.1843487

Part 2. I know this one is slow, I haven't had a lot of time to read this week. https://chyoa.com/chapter/Rowana-%26-Azzie-Read-%22Well-At-Least-I%E2%80%99m-a-Magic-Pirate-Now%22-by-Jerynboe%2C-Part.1842711

If this story lasts until next year, I should start a second branch following Evil, Horny Mel on April 1st.
