The first thought that came to my mind from this prompt was that, there could be an accident where the protagonist has trouble controlling their ability so when they try to have sex with someone while being the doppleganger of a pornstar, they end up transforming into their partner mid-sex instead. And perhaps this opens up a new genre of "Go fuck yourself!" porn videos.
Yeah, I can see a case for controlling a newfound mutant power might be tricky as your mind loses a grip during orgasm. An FFM scene could easily shift to FMM and then back again. It could be that the protagonist discovered their power in a similar situation, shifting from fucking their partner to tribbing or docking depending on which gender they began as.

Yeah - you'd need to make it a fight to the surrender / humiliation of one character (ultimate surrender type fight maybe?). The plot spin for that could be that the loser is banished from the tribe and has to wander, undefended in foreign lands as a result at the mercy of whatever is out there.
If the two women are Amazons perhaps the victor wins the man and becomes head of the new household, but the loser must submit to her also. Depending on how you write the power structure of this arrangement the loser could be equal in status to the victor's new man or beneath him. Either way, her new Mistress may well be eager to have her breed with her husband to increase the size and strength of her new clan.
This confuses me. Why would you want the loser to be bred? Sustainability and stability of the Amazonian society aside, if these women value strength, shouldn't the loser be forbidden from having the man until she proves herself worthy?
A fair point. It all really hangs on what kinks or fetishes you want in the story as a writer. If you prefer the loser to be relegated to the role of a brood mare you can have the society rules say that having proved inferior she is no longer worthy of being in the warriors and must produce offspring, alternatively if as you say she has to prove herself before she is allowed to breed then you can lock the loser in a chastity belt until she has redeemed herself.
541: Seed of Their Downfall: A matriarchal society gets infiltrated by spies who are tasked to knock up important women so they are easier to invade.

The classic is that the Amazon will only breed with someone who has defeated her in battle. There was a (not porn) cartoon film with a character like that. She was at first upset because she was such a good warrior that she had never met anyone who could defeat her, unlike her Amazon friends who were happily married to guys who had defeated them. After reading that I can imagine a ritual area on the border between Amazon lands and the neighbouring male-led tribes. Amazons wishing to start a family will travel there and camp out alone. For the young warriors of the tribes surrounding a journey to this ritual ground, defeating an Amazon and breeding her is a great challenge and will earn respect among the other warriors. After fucking both warriors will return to their own tribes. Perhaps there is an item he must return with to prove he truly defeated an Amazon; an Amazon nipple ring, loincloth, braid of hair or if you want to get kinky a full bush of Amazon pubic hair shaved off.
The real issue with this fight test is that the loser might be dragged into the community of the winner, which would mean Amazons lose warriors. Which is why some versions of Amazon porn, simply have the Amazons hunt promising candidates and fight them. They take losers with them, but only those that showed potential (after all, if they have been doing breeding of warriors for a while, it wouldn't be odd for Amazons to keep winning the challenges.) The losers are then used as breeding stock by Amazons and daughters raised to be warriors.
After putting in probably way too much thought into this, if it's a ritual event at neutral territory, the fights could be purely ceremonial and performative to appease the Gods for healthy children, following which is the actual reason they've gathered. A weekend-long massive orgy, where all the daughters are kept by the Amazonians, and the sons are shipped off to (hopefully) their respective fathers' tribes.
