Mszczuj smile and pac him in the shoulder. "It wasn't too hard isn't it? God bless you." He said and leave to join sir Bolesław. "It seems everything is ready for us to travel to Warsaw."
It takes a while, the lack of light leading Allune off the path multiple times, but she manages to track the foot prints. Even in the dark, she soon realises where they're headed: to the gamekeeper's cabin. As she approaches the small building, Allune notices something, or rather, the lack of something. Ever since she gained sight of the wooden structure, illuminated by the light of a full moon, she's been unable to hear any animal noises. Besides her own footsteps, and the wind, the usually noisy noctural woods are dead silent.
Mszczuj join to scouts in the front, It will be better if lighter armor will see firts enemy. He wave to Eva on her wagon, winking to her.
"Well then, away we go then." Rhaelicca bumps the flank of her horse to begin walking down the road at a steady pace.
"What in the world?" Allune gulped, this really wasn't the time for a torch, as it could may as well tell where she was. She takes an arrow from the quiver on her back, nocking it on her bow just in case. She rellies on her hearing, the silence of the forest was unnerving. And she slowly, and carefully approaches the cabin.
"Kah!" She made a louder sound of startled pain. She really wasn't built for direct combat and the sudden slight tear into her top was felt with force. The pin sized hole wasn't too noticeable but the sudden prick had stung. But as far as she could tell, there wasn't any obvious signs of change. She had assumed it hadn't manage to properly pump any lust driven aphrodisiacs into her or needed more time to properly inject. Either way, she was still having to catch her breath, starting to wear down from so much repeated use of her abilities, but still standing upright to collect her sister and round her up with her brother who had been tagging along. Her sisterly instinct kicked in to ensure their safety. "Are you two alright? Not hurt anywhere? When did you two split off from the group? How and why?"
She rolls her eyes, as the party of about thirty men and one woman begins their journey. They move south quickly. Several days later, as they travel on the road to Warsaw, Morwenna has her hands underneath Rhaelicca's armour, playing with the pagan's body as they ride, so neither notices until it's too late. The women come to a collapsed tree trunk blocking the road, too big for Rhaellica's low quality horse to jump. A group of 8 armed men steps out, clad in mail, and their leader dressed in lamellar armour. 5 stand in front, and three behind On their shields are painted pagan runes. The leader smiles, speaking in a language that Rhaelicca doesn't understand, but his meaning is clear. Rhaelicca is to leave the horse, and leave Morwenna, and in return she'll be left unspoilt. If not, well, it's not hard to determine the meaning of the thrusting gestures he makes as the men laugh. Morwenna nods to Rhaellica. "Go, sister." @Regin34 One morning, several days later, Sir Boleslaw decides that he needs to go for a better ride than the trip gives him normally. Relieving the scouts, he elects to go himself, taking Mszczuj and Dobron, his squire. As they thunder down the road, Mszczuj sees something, some sort of commotion with a group of armed men and what looks to maybe be a priest, far down the road.
Facing her fears, she makes it to the cabin. Nothing harasses her along the way, though the silence furthers her sense of dread. The door is open, and she can see inside somewhat thanks to the moonlight. The entrance has been trashed.
Thanks to the silence, Allune can hear her own heart beat. Should she have brought some of those knights? She shakes her head, too late for that. She thought, as she saw the entrance to the cabin was thrashed. No wonder the gamekeeper was gone. For now, Allune keeps on listening in case something was inside. Walking around to find a window she could peek in to.
Olga isn't in a state to respond, still deeply under the aphrodisiac's sway. She rubs at herself through her clothes, and has to be physically restrained when she sees her own brother's nakedness. Following Olga's eyes, Larisa feels a bolt of heat as she sees Ilya's cock again, before he pulls on some hose. Looking around, she realises that Kuril, really, all the men there, are more attractive than she initially realised, and that her sister truly is beautiful. Sheepishly, Ilya says "We went into the woods while you were all distracted. We wanted to have a race with our horses, but then I saw the succubus. She was so alluring, I had to stop and go to her. Olga, well, I guess she went on."
Through a window, she sees that the kitchen/living area has been trashed as well. A figure rests on a chair, merely a silhouette, cloaked in shadow, but moving slightly. It doesn't react to her, if it notices her.
Allune was surprised to see someone inside, though it was slow, it was still moving. Thinking of her safety, she moves away, looking for a rock, then hiding behind a tree. Allune throws the rock toward the front door, while readying her bow, and arrow in case something inhuman steps out of the house.
Mszczuj take his recurve bow what he once buy on russian market. One of good part of that kind of bow, is being able to shoot ewen on horse dorsum. "It seems sir we have bandits here. Let's get off them before their realise that we are here." He said to knight and if he agree, Mszczuj will shoot to bandit who stay back to them.
As expected, the figure steps into the moonlight, and it's as monstrous as Allune expected. The butchered bodies of the gamekeeper and his wife have been twisted together to make an amalgamation of flesh and bone, faces fused together into a soundless, agonised scream, one side of its body shaped into a scythe.
Boleslaw nods his head in agreement. "Fire a few arrows, and then we charge. Be careful not to hit the women, I don't want them dying at our hands when rescuing them was the whole point."
For Mszczuj rescue of women is secend mater, more important is to get down bandits, take few of them alive and egzecute them in town centre, to fear out others who would like to become bandits. Of course it would better if woman survive, but it will be not tragedy if something happen to them. "Yes Sir." He said and shoot three arrows, one after another, in the backs of three bandits who stay back to them. Next he change bow on sword and join to charge of sir Bolesław. Śmiałek wasn't warhorse, but for few bandits should be enough. "W imię Boże!" War cry in Polish.
Allune froze as she saw the mutilated figure of the gamekeeper, and his wife. She only hoped it hasn't seen her yet, but she knew she had to put them to rest. Taking a deep breath, she begins to channel her magic. "Spirits of the forest, please heed my call. Grant your power to my arrow, so that it may lay that... thing to rest." She called out, before letting her arrow loose, aiming for the thing's head. But she knew some spirits had other targets, she only hoped it wasn't her...
The spirit of a charging elk imbues itself in the arrow, as the creature hears her and lets out a horrific screech that pierces the night sky. It charges Allune, as the elk arrow, seemingly disgusted by the creature, smashes into it, tearing a huge chunk out of its face and side, knocking it down.
