Ate my Story when saving an edit

Is it possible something else on my end is causing the issue? I don't know what else that would be, but if your not having the same problem with basically the exact same word document that's all I can think of.

If you want to investigate this further, I'd ask you to record a short video showing how the problem occurs.

 

Actually I was about to ask- if the image isn't causing you any problems on your end, would it be all right if we resolved this with you editing the image into the chapter in my stead? Is that feasible?
