Didac scoffed as he raised a very particular coin in his hand. "You are kidding! I am not giving you this until you fulfil your contract. Saying that you finished your contract - bah! I required..." He then sat with an open mouth as he realised that the conditions of the contract were truly fulfilled. "But... that... means... that I will have to... pay..." He fell on his knees, his head hanging in depression, the coin slipping from his fingers. "It's over... I'm ruined... months of gathering money, and all lost... because of misprint!" Didac stayed on the ground, murmuring to himself quietly, oblivious to the surroundings.
Umor only shook his head, smiling lightly. "Hmm... you are one hot woman... Never thought about settling down? You are little too old for that kind of fun - the hunting, I mean." He then smacked his lips. "Now then, what was I supposed to tell you?"
It was only natural for both of bounty hunters to bond so easily - after all, their ancestry, shared history. Their people lived together for a long time - they fought, pillaged, raped and were slaughter by heroes - together! That, and there was also their lust after the elf! The two followed in pursuit of the criminal. But as their run, they realised quickly, that the elf, easily lost them in the forest. But they also realised, that they found someone else - as they looked behind, they realised that there was a huge bear running behind them, the foam rolled from it's mouth. It looked really hungry.
"I'm getting to that age...I'm not quite there yet." For a brief second, there was a burst of orange flickering from her mouth, before she shut her lips tight, seeming to actively suppress something. As calm as she was trying to present herself, the fact she wasn't a regular person tended to surface whenever she got too worked up. There wasn't quite enough time of the small flare being visible to see what it was to know what exactly just happened or what she was making a clearly conscious note on her end not to do...Catherine only took a deep breath and went back to looking at him neutrally. "The girl. I believe you said you knew where she was heading, why they put up with her before now, and really, whatever else you know about this girl would be helpful. There is no such thing as too much information."
For a few moments Celine just stood there, blinking and staring at the kneeling man. She had prepared for several different reactions, but this had not been one of them. The man seemed rather pitiful and she almost felt bad for him... but only almost – feeling pity for people who posted poorly-worded bounties was not part of her job requirements. Eventually the elf just shrugged and decided to give him a little more time to calm down and get a grip. She picked up the unusual coin and tucked it safely away in a pocket, then went back to her food and finished it – there wasn't much left of it anyway. She put the dishes away – leaving to Natalie to wash them later – and returned to the side of the man. “I'm sorry things did not work quite the way you hoped,” she began speaking to him – she wasn't really sorry, but it did not cost her anything to be polite “but there's nothing more I can do for you right now. Why don't you... go have a drink with a friend? Or several drinks? It might help you calm down and rethink things. Plus it will be best for everyone if you are not here when Natalie wakes up. Speaking of, I should go check on her...” Celine suggested, but did not yet leave, wanting to first make sure the guy had heard her and wasn't about to do something stupid.
"Hey there, hi!" Rogriss tries to suppress his fear, and puts on a soothing voice. "Hey there, big guy. You look pretty hungry, don't you? Want something to eat?" He opens his pack, pulling out some jerky and trail mix. "Here you go, why don't you chow down on this?" Rogriss approaches slowly, putting the food down on a rock in front of the bear. @asddas193 To Gih, Rogriss whispers "If this goes south, get ready to run".
"Grrrrr." Gih growled as he realized they lost the elf, he tried to use his long nose, to maybe catch a scent of her pussy juice. Or course that was before he realized they were being chased by a bear. "Damn it!" He cursed, trying to think of ways to escape with, or without the orc. As Rogriss tried to feed the bear, Gih's mind wanders to the potion bottle, filled with his blood. He's seen its effects of women of all races, but for males. "Hrmmm..." He opens the bottle preparing to throw onto the beast if it remained hostile.
"What you really won't need to know, is that she was gathering money to buy medicine for her sick father. That was tolerated. Her running away with money, would be also tolerated. But her abandoning her team during a crucial moment in fight - was a straw that could not be tolerated." He paused. " If there is a place she will show herself, is his house - with medicine."
"Drink... drink... yes... drink... and forget..." the man left swaying like a zombie. He didn't even notice that Celine took the coin. It looked like he made his way to the bar, with only alcohol on his mind.
The beast grabbed the meal in its mouth as it flew and swallowed it without bothering to swallow. Licking its mouth, the bear started advancing on the Ord, the source of food. As Gih opened the bottle the beast's head snapped at the goblin. "Graaaahhhh!" It roared in rage as it felt the smell, of what it could tell was the smell of male competitor for its territory and females.
She had to laugh internally. Was that all? The amused look was probably lost on him, and she didn’t bother explaining why. Regardless, there was never an excuse for stealing from the company or fleeing in time of need. Briefly, she had to wonder what would her sons or daughters would do if she was ever in that situation. Well...the one of them still owed her for being the source of this problem in the first place that left her to scavenge for coin like this. “Where is this house exactly? Do you have an inclination of this man’s disposition? Would he approve or disprove of her actions? ” She could still probably pull out a victory in direct combat if she absolutely had to, but she was seeing a much more risk free solution that didn’t need to test her fighting skills.
Leaving the depressed master of the house, Celine entered the bedroom, only to find that her bounty - whom she didn't need to capture - was still heavily asleep.
Umor smirked. "Haven't I said that I would tell you the location? Oh, you wench of little faith!" He shook his head. He took a piece of paper and scribbled on it. "Here, you have the address. Her father was bedridden from what last I heard. Considering that the little wench has done, I would take it he got worse... as fo if he would approve of her actions... well, I don't know the man, so it's hard to tell."
For a few minutes Celine just stood there, watching the naked housewife sleep. Finally, after thinking about it for a bit, she decided to wake her up. It took a couple of minutes but eventually the elf managed to shake Natalie awake (using the opportunity to grope her some more while at it). She gave her a few moments to fully wake up, get her bearings, and realize what was going on, before speaking to her. “Good morning, sleeping beauty. Sleep well?” Celine asked but did not wait for an answer, instead leaning down and passionately kissing Natalie on the lips before pulling away. “Sorry to wake you up, but it's time for me to go and I did not want to leave without saying a word. It would be rather rude to just leave you after last night...” She paused for a few moments and openly ogled the naked housewife before continuing. “Also, I was wondering... would it be alright if I visit you again later? Maybe in a few days, maybe in a week or two... depends on how busy I will be. In any case I'd love to see you again and... get to know you better...” She finished seductively, her eyes roaming all over Natalie's naked body.
"....wench?" Her face made it clear that she was a little hung up on that, but tried to let it go as she took the paper and looked at the address. Catherine debated if it wouldn't be better to just go back and get a partner as insurance, but ruled against it. She knew exactly where she needed to go, and her target wasn't too exceptionally dangerous from what she had heard. Besides, she also envisioned at least three different scenarios where she could get around ever actually having to fight Camila. "This should be more than enough to go off. If nothing else, I should capitalize on the chance before she might run off." Unsure of what else really to say to him, she gave a quick nod and left the warehouse to make her way to find the house, now having a proper direction to go off in.
"Eh?" Gih was surprised at the beast's reaction, realizing it got a little bit more aggressive, the goblin throws the bottle of his blood on a nearby tree. Hoping that would lure the beast to attack said tree, giving them a chance to escape, or maybe kill the beast for some profit.
@Tjf @asddas193 Suprised the goblin decided to throw the bottle, to take away beast's attention from himself. He moved his hand back, preparing to throw the bottle. But as he was doing that, the contents spilled out of the bottle, splashing the face of his companion. Gih screamed traumatically, as he threw the bottle. As he let go of it, the bottle started rotating, spilling the rest of its contents on goblin's face. The bottle flew true and hit the tree's trunk. THUD! The bottle hit the tree then rolled on the ground, right under Gih's legs. A single drop escaped the already empty bottle. The wind blew at the bounty hunter's backs, carrying their scent to the bear. The beast sniffed the air, locked its eyes on two adventurers and growled, its eye red with rage.
As she wakes up, Natalie, still under influence of spells, eagerly returns ministrations, her hands going over Celina's body. "Yes..." she answeres throatily, lunging into yet another kiss, her lips crashing against Celina's. She threw her hands around Celina's neck and started slowly dragging her back to bed.
As she was leaving the house, Umor slapped her ass. "If you ever want more fun, I will be happy to accommodate you!" He called. The moon was high when Catherine she finally found the house of Camila's father. It was located on the outskirts of the town, there were few houses around and few trees - nice neighbourhood... even if somewhat desolate. The windows were dark and quiet, she could make out a form of a dog sleeping in front of the house.
