There is a button on the top bar labeled "Favorites" with the star icon, which has inside of it both favorites and bookmarks. This is not clear, and thus users might think that only favorites are there and they need to use the dropdown to access bookmarks (an impression enhanced by the dropdown having separate favorites and bookmarks buttons). This makes people think bookmarks are harder to access, and can lead to people not using them because they aren't sure where they are. Relabel the button 'Favorites & Bookmarks' and include the bookmark icon so it is clearer for the user.
That's a lot of text for a header that's already pretty bulky. I'm not a UI designer (not even close!), but I'd probably condense the current 4 buttons into a single dropdown menu instead. And there there can then be separate buttons for favourites and bookmarks.
The 4 buttons are in the single dropdown menu when the site/browser/device is small enough. I guess you could go for only showing the icons like it is done on a medium-width site/browser/device. Then, there could be one icon for each. I think it might also be useful to show the icons in the dropdown menu beside the titles.
