Guilty! But I try to make the scenes worth the wait. :)

Actually, my favorite is the setup scene right before the sex. Those are most fun and sexy to write. The actual having "part A" go into "part B" and add gyrations, is what I find boring.

The mechanical bit is definitely the tricky part. But that isn't a confession...

    Confessions:

    - I hate Texas Hold 'Em, and consider it one of the worst forms of poker.
    - I wish I was an artist so I could illustrate my own chapters.

It's very popular for quite a while...
Though I would rather consider Five Card Draw as the worst form by far...

But Hold 'em is surely one of the least demanding of Poker variants and thus most popular one.

That is, in fact, part of the reason I don't like it!

Confession: I find no erotic value in heterosexual sex (unless it's forced.) It scares me

Maybe I need to clarify.. I much rather read about lesbian sex then straight sex. But the only way I enjoy straight sex is when it's in highly abusive situations.

    Confession:

    - I quite enjoy trying to write lesbian sex, as it feels more creatively interesting than just humping & pumping.

    - That said, so far I feel I haven't really been exploring the full range of lesbian sex options.

    - This is in part because I keep pairing futanari-on-females, because the impregnation fetish seems to be really popular with the audience.

    - I've made up a lot of excuses for not writing more and better lesbian sex.

Well, I only have one story so far - but it does have variety, and it updates regularly.

    Still confessing...

    - I've had the outline for my Fighting Fantasy-style next project in the works for months now, and I feel a little guilty I haven't started it yet, but I would rather finish one project instead of leaving two incomplete.

Though I fantasize about finishing a story, after a creative drought, the main way I get back into writing is coming up with a new story idea.

Changing gears is a great way to get around writing blocks overall: it engages different parts of the brain, which is better than a rest in many cases.

Confession: When I get lost in a chapter or feel the need to pad it out with a bit of smut, I do brief flashbacks, daydream fantasies, or some other action-in-the-mind's-eye to fill out the scene without having to reset when and where everything is happening. If I do it well, I can work it into the theme of the chapter. If I don't, it gets...weird.

Wish I was an artist in something other than the written word and physical mediums. :) I need to learn to draw one of these days.

My approach to drawing is to just leap in. Sometimes I'll draw the speaker at a lecture or book reading. I bet you could draw an appointment book. Maybe with color coded sticky notes or ribbons.

Confession: sometimes I add chapters because I feel guilty about leaving dangling plot points, and not because I am inspired to write. And then I feel guilty about that.... :(

    * Like a lot of others editing drives me crazy. How is it possible to read a paragraph four times and not notice obvious errors? It's embarrassing and infuriating in equal measure. (I've got no doubt that this post will be riddled with errors).
*My stories often turn me on when i write them.
*I spend way too much time looking for the perfect pic to add to a chapter.
*I've tried twice to write a slow burner and both times got to eager went to the action after a few chapters. The stories are ok but I'm still kicking myself for going off plan.
*I get really annoyed when people book mark chapter or favorite a story but don't add any likes. Then I read other stories and do the same thing, later on guilt gets the better of me and I have to go back and like the chapters.
    * I'm a like junkie. (not an uncommon condition I gather).
*I find writing the actual sex scenes very hard (no pun intended!), I much prefer the build up and aftermath.
