I’m basically looking for an encyclopedia of a bunch of “community” terms. I’m aware of things like: ENF CFNM BDSM ABDL SPH and so on. but is there a resource that has just everything you can think of? I’ve always been curious but I’ve never known what exactly to look up to find an actual list other than the SFW versions that Google brings up so if someone has a place, it’d be appreciated. Not like lewd terms or anything , basically just categories/subcategories that are commonly used in this sort of space.
If I'm not mistaken, a lot of those acronyms started as fetish subreddits. If you put in reddit.com/r/[whatever] it will oftentimes take you to one dedicated to that specific thing. There's also this https://www.reddit.com/r/NSFW411/wiki/index but I don't know how often that's updated.
Honestly your best bet is probably Google. If nothing comes up at first, add "fetish" to the search and hope for the best. I've been bouncing around story sites like the Unending BE Addventure, CYOC's Interactive Stories, FictionBranches, Writing, etc... for years and there seems to be an endless list of acronyms for just transformation themed stories. I can't imagine trying to catalog all of the acronyms floating around the internet for different NSFW fetishes.
You can find quite a few sexual terms in the Encyclopedia Erotica, if that helps. There might be a page on erotica-specific categories. That might be true for a few cases, but in general I doubt that's where most fetish acronyms originate. Subreddits are identified by URL, so if the acronym isn't already popularly associated with the fetish then it's unlikely anyone would even think to name a subreddit as such, let alone visit one. From the examples given, at least the first three outdate Reddit entirely (and probably the Internet).
