Psychic cards were often geared towards healing and recovery....generally in gameplay, not a great choice, but there were still a few good ones. Unless you were playing something like Aromages, lifepoint inreases weren't so good that they really helped. But Sayen had good playing ability on top of that, being a teacher herself. It likely didn't matter so much the deck composition and who the player was.

As Julia got her reading, she wondered about her response. "Yes. Because it exists. You know, I wanted to build up to it more and make it a little more dramatic, but...there's not really time for that, so....I'll just..." Julia held out the palm of her hand and focused the energy to summon up a small crystalline ice formation. It was easier to just show with unmistakable proof than trying to convince her verbally.

"Magic. Training. An affinity with a lost tribe of ice sorcerers that released a dragon. It's all a lot to cover. It takes a lot to process, but it goes along with the situation with Angelica and the rest was losing a shadow game and forcibly bonded to the will of the head cultist through the power of an ancient deity....I'm not actually too clear about that part either, but this is a bit much to take in all at once. "What is a...shadow game? Which deity? And what is a...duel spirit?" The small ice sculpture in Julia hand refuses to melt. "Do you mean...a conscience? Or...hearing things? Hallucinating."

Thinking about the vision, Adam doesn't recall ever having one of the future before...That was the future. It has to be. There's no evidence of such modern looking structures in the area of Domino City being destroyed at such a grand scale at any point in history, ancient or recent.

That seemed odd. Perhaps hers was still sleeping then? Regardless, Julia instinctively drew Valkyrus to reveal it.

"I do. Mainly with Valkyrus. I can't speak for the entire ice barrier's thoughts. Julia began. She just had to recount the entire story of the events leading up to this while Sayen was listening, being sure to include the part involving Valkyrus's observations.
