"They are..." Vanessa replied, "Besides, if you truly want Oscar touch... there's no need to let him revive himself. As far as I've learned, his son, the fat boy he transferred his consciousness to... he should have his skills." She adds, stating facts. Though she wondered who exactly would sate her mother's needs. There's Melchett... Vince... or Jacob... She thought to herself.
"I look forward to it." Daiyu kisses back, before returning to her desk. Esmerelda chuckles knowingly as she hears the new arrangement, but both she and Sapphira have no quarrel with the plan.
“Alright, since no one has any objections, let's go check out the place where we will be staying and then get settled in. After that I need a shower - it has been a long day...” And it will hopefully be a long night, too...
"Will you be... coming home?" Vanessa asked, a little scared that Lawrence might have a heart attack if he sees her.
A few hours later, Azura and her companions stand in the lounge room of Daiyu's tastefully modest apartment, the blonde eagerly darting into their rooms, while Esmerelda examines the place with a careful eye.
"I would like to, yes. I've been working on my excuse for not being dead - an elaborate one, by necessity, but one that should fool the press." The older woman nods.
Nice place. Was Azura's first thought as she slowly took a look around the apartment, getting familiar with the place. Not as big as one might expect from someone as important as Daiyu, but still bigger than my place, and quite tasteful, too. “Let's get settled in, and then I'll take a quick shower.” She suggested and moved to do just that.
"That is... very well." Vanessa nods, happy her mother was alive... though a bit weirded out to be sharing a more "intimate" secret with her with this orphanage. "I'll wait for you in the car then, while you... clean up?"
