Hi there!
(I wrote a small guide regarding the use of variables,)
and one of the chapters contains a section that shows how to link chapters, including examples / images:
https://chyoa.com/chapter/Add-+1-Strength.266933
I hope this helps, and if you still have any questions, feel free to ask.

Linking Chapters is also described in the CHYOA Guide (5. Link Chapter)
Please note: A chapter link is a chapter on its own so it can't have content. Saving a chapter as a link will delete the chapter's content field!
