The basic premise is that 1954's "Creature From The Black Lagoon" and 1980's "Humanoids From The Deep" really happened, there is a species of humanoid fish-monsters that can use human women to reproduce. And now a pair of the Humanoids have gone into heat near a Beach Resort.
[If you're having mental images of belly-bursting like that seen in 'Humanoids From The Deep', that was the result of exposure to an illegal artificial fish growth hormone. I have no intention of actually having belly-burster scenes in the story, but it's canon that it can happen if certain chemicals are added to the water.]
So I'm open for feedback, suggestions, people writing their own chapters, etc.
