I like the new web UI (June 2026)

[Murakami]

Thanks for pointing this out! I’ve made some improvements to the layout, including the alignment and the issue with the buttons being cut off on the right.

Could you check it again and let me know if it looks better now?

Still off the side.

Thanks for checking, and sorry. I think now I got it.

Seems like you got it this time.

On phone in story map collapse all, expand all, mark all as read and mark all as unread doesn't do anything

With all the changes to the site: Is there any chance we might finally get a mode filter to search for public stories? (And maybe a mode indicator in the search results?)

I’ve added this now! You can filter story searches by Public, Moderated, or Private, and each result shows the story’s mode too. Thanks for the suggestion!

I just realized that if you click a tag in the sidebar while you're viewing a story, you go to a page that lists the chapters of this story that feature that tag. Super useful!

(That is a redesign feature, right? I haven't overlooked that for the past *checks account age...* *groans* 10 years??)

Yes, that's a new feature!

I like the in-story tag navigation. In big stories I sometimes use it to find my own chapters by tag.
