yo so I have a question:
I've been healed to full health agian. do I take the negatives from my stats away and wake up?

Yes, stat penalties vanish as you heal and re-acrew if you are injured again.

Ok, here's the thing, each time I do a stat check post, it's been taking over an hour even with massive copy/paste: so we're going to try something new.

When a person makes a request or other social interaction, they should compare the difference of their stats and post it as I have been, as well as layout what it is they are offering for that interaction.

The recipient then adds in what they feel the risks are, (wasting time is only a risk in situations where there is an immediate emergency/crisis going on, just FYI,) and decides the. final result on their next post... This should streamline the process greatly.

Ok, both come in three levels, minor, major, and extreme.

Examples of minor benefits include an orgasm, improving a relationship by one degree, or a meal. These confer a +1.

Examples of a major benefit include improving a relationship by two to three degrees, ending a 'drought', or securing food for several days. These confer a +2.

Examples of an extreme benefit include improving a relationship by an entire level, an offer of marriage is already at least at the relationship level of good friends (+3), an offer to sire/bear someone's child (if they have expressed an interest in having you do so, otherwise it is an extreme liability instead, ) and offering to teach one of your personal powers.


Examples of minor risks include: gaining a negative reputation ('Easy', stingy, violent, to name a few, ) losing a degree of relationship, giving up some minor resource you don't have a spare of but can get more relatively easily, such as your last unit of food during spring, summer, and fall.

Examples of major risks include loss of 2-3 degrees of relationship, loss of position or other difficult to replace advantage such as most Magitech (for now), and contracting a minor STD like chlamydia.

Examples of Extreme Risks include: becoming a parent when you don't want to, getting raped, losing an entire level of relationship, starvation, being killed, and contracting a major STD such as HIV or Syphilis.

Players may add as many benefits as they can justify when proposing an exchange and as many risks when taking on such a proposal. They may also add ONE of the other sorts if they wish. The recipient may also, if they wish, invert one benefit into risk or vice-versa (Most typically pregnancy, as what the proposer thought was a good/bad thing they may have the opposite opinion of...)

Additionally, the roll is affected by Relationships.

You start out at Neutral with everyone.

When you get 2 degrees positive or negative with anyone, you move to an acquaintance giving you a +/-1 to interactions with them. Note, each relationship is a 2-way street. How YOU feel about them is OFTEN not the same as how they feel about you.

Each time you accept someones request their opinion of you increases by at least 1 degree. If their request had a negative modifier it increases by +1 degree, + an additional +1 degree for every additional -4 or fraction of the same.

You gain a new level of relationship from someone at the following number of degrees: 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 +/-

The requester can "wager" additional degrees up to +5 to modify their proposal with a benefit. If others have an available post they can counter offer degrees lost with them if the recipient accepts as risks. (Example: cheating on your husband could get you +2 with your new lover, but -5 from your soon-to-be ex...)

 

Not quite: you should have kept the stat comparison the same, and as it was clear your character didn't feel threatened by the feminine voice option you should either have removed that from the equation or changed it to a positive and putting it under Rewards, such as by saying "Risks: No Risk. Rewards: Significant Reward: (A Degree of Increased relationship from Sauna +1, gender fluid gender identity reinforced by feminine voice option +1, Fulfills His Prime Directive +2,)" or something, you also should have colored it green, and blue, as I have. Finally, you should adjust the final modifier to reflect the current total modifiers, such as, in the case of your post as written: Total Modifiers: +2 or in the case of doing it as intended under the rules:
Total Modufiers: +6 (or +5 if you simply removed the negative modifyer completely.)
Result: GR-7318 gladly accepts Sauna's request.

Ok, just a quick update, we're looking at some changes on the horizon, and there's been a major development under the Alvilda side story, though I can't say what just yet.
