Well, you can have em anyway! Nuns vs. Knights, the Clara Fauxbright route, is focused on the sexual exploits of a virgin angel.

One of mine has a sex-with-a-virgin scene. She's young but the story specifies that she's of age, and it's very definitely consensual.

It's Good to Be the King... take the initial option "Go for your morning ride" and it proceeds from there without branching. The thread is 39 chapters long and has been written to a conclusion.

I figure I’ll throw my hat into the ring here, I’ve been writing a story for awhile now thats primarily focused on virginal characters and is building up to a Harem angle. Right now I've only introduced 2 of the 6 main girls I’m planning.

Theres a slew if caveats however, making it not really what OPs looking for. I’ll post this here anyways in case some people like what they’re seeing.
I’d say the main fetishes currently represented aside from virgins is extremely dubious/non-consent, misogyny and religious fetishism/blasphemy

(Important to mention is not all sex scenes will be Non-con, and any struggling/“violent” non-con scenes will be clearly marked, one off alternate choices. The bulk of Non-con stuff I’ve written and plan to write in the future are with characters who are sleeping/drugged)

another big thing I should mention is that it’s an extremely slow burn, by that i mean there haven’t been any “real” sex scenes in all 18 chapters Ive written so far. So no hymen busting yet, but Ive always had plans to mention it in scenes.
