Mountain of trouble (Fantasy-Postapo)

With efforts of both girls and Runa, horses finaly calm down enough to not getting killed. In the chaos Angel get punch in the belly by horse head, but luckly for nude Irina they didn't get seriosly wounded. Thomas with mages disapper like Sophia before.

 

Irina let out a sigh of relief as the horses calmed down, she patted Rufus’ neck, ‘Good boy, Rufus. That was scary.’ She checked all the horses for any injuries they might have gotten and then turned to Angel. The witch had become so used to running around in the nude, she didn’t even notice in the commotion, ‘Who were those strange mages? And why did they take Sophia and the dwarf?’

 

Angel groans from the hit to her stomach, "Ugh... I don't... I don't know. They just appeared suddenly, and casted a spell on her." She takes a deep breath, "Shit... do you think someone doesn't want us to finish this quest?"

 

‘I don’t know, Angel. But if they wanted to stop us, they would have taken all of us, no? Why just them?’ Irina said and went over to Angel to hug her. ‘Why Sophia? Just when I felt some connection to her,’ the witch lamented in Angel’s arms, ‘I—I’m glad they didn’t take you too.’

 

Angel hugs Irina, "I-I don't know. When I saw them, I tried asking who they were. But they didn't answer, they just took Sophia away." She hugs the gypsy tighter, "I-I didn't know what to do, t-the spear could only fire once every hour." The busty guardswoman's voice breaks, as she desperately tried to keep herself together.

 

Irina pressed herself to the guardswoman’s strong body, her tears started flowing, ‘H—How are we gonna do this alone, Angel?’

 

Suddenly, from nowhere hit arow with the piece of paper. It hit near where Runa sit, in the armor of Irina, making him jump away and giving angry voice.

 

‘What the—Hey! Not my armour!’ Irina shouted as she saw the arrow sticking from her new armour. She rushed over to read the note and inspected her armour for damage. Seeing her discarded armour on the ground reminded her that she had been nude the entire time, she blushed profusely and covered her naughty bits.

 

Angel breathed heavily, "I don't know. But we have to, for the sake of the realm." She waits for Irina to break the hug, before securing their horses on to something.

 

Armor what Irina buy at the dwarf, was good done and arrow didn't pierce it. On piece of paper was write by someone, who didn't use to write, and it was hard to read.
"If you want know what happen with your friends, go to the valley near stone of Heracles. We will waiting for you."

 

Irina smiled as she saw her armour was unscathed and made to put it on again. Piece by piece and buckle by buckle her olive skin disappeared from view under the protective garment. She took the note and went over to Angel, ‘Have a look at this, what do you make of it? You think it’s a trap?’

 

Angel reads the note, "I-I don't know. The valley would take us away from the mountain, o-our mission..." she grimaces at choosing between rescuing their friends, or continuing the mission. "You should rest for a bit, I can only imagine what you must have gone through. When you, uh, transformed into that... bitd thing." Angel ushers Irina inside the cave they rested at.

 

Irina sat down on the stone floor and let out a sigh, 'That transformation wasn't the half of it … this stupid staff …' She lamented and told Angel what happened since she took a nap. 'It's really not my day today,' she buried her face in her hands, 'And now, Sophia is gone … we are the only ones left.'

 

Runa sigh heavy and bring from the bags in mouth the pack, what Sophia get from J'zargo but yet she didn't read.

 

'Huh? What are you dragging around there, Runa?' Irina looked at the cat and wondered. The witch petted Runa and took the satchel from him. Opening it, she looked through the contents.

 

Angel wiped ayaw the built up tears in her eyes, "That, I think that's where Sophia's map was." She says, as she composed herself.

Inside pack was a map of Castle and nearest area around. Stronghold was build on big rock in centrum of valley, near building was large lake. For first view, the only way inside building lead by stone bridge, where everyone is visibility for defenders. Simbols of druids, what meaning Irina was learn form grandmother means, near lake, inform about "Passage", "Secret", "Plant" and "Dangrous". She aslo see one bigger rock at name Heracles, the same what was mention in the letters. It was put in the valley, in oposite direction of Castle. Rest of area was in forest, ending mille before Castle. In the top, was information about risk of meeting bears, wolfs and wild pigs.

Irina wiped her tears and blinked a few times to see clearly again, then studied the map carefully. She was surprised to see so many Druid’s runes on the map. The gypsy went to Angel and showed her the map, explaining the symbols to her, ‘What do you think? We should probably go to this Heracles’ rock, to find out what happened to Sophia and the dwarf.’

 

Angel takes a look at the map, listening closely to Irina's explanation of the weird symbols. "Maybe we should, but it could be indeed a trap. And I'm sorry to say, your magic probably won't stand a chance against theirs." The busty guardswoman then grabs some rations from the horses for the both of them. "We should eat, rest up, then see where the road takes us."

 

Irina nodded to Angel, ‘Alright,’ she took some of the food from Angel, ‘We can decide where to go once we are down in the valley.’ The witch sat down again and motion for Angel to sit with her. Chewing the dried meat, she sighed, ‘You really think we can do this? Only Runa, you and I? I wish J’zargo was back to help.’
