On Tom Holland's Spiderman

(As I type this, I type this on a cheap phone, so apologies for the tons of mistakes ahead).

Doing a quick Google Search, the Peter Parker portrayed by Tom Holland is 16 years old. Granted, while the jumpcut in Avengers Endgame is 5 years, it's somewhat canonically stated that the characters who were snapped out of existence, did not change from the moment they disappeared, and those 5 years was just a second for them - and if memory serves right, height and age also made a big deal between Ned and Pete.

But instead of educating you, dear reader, of my poor understanding of the MCU, I have to ask: is Tom Holland's Spiderman within the legal age of consent?

Like I said in the above, while a 5 year timeskip did happen, Peter Parker is still somewhat just 16 years old, though chronologically 21. While this may be as good as an excuse as any, no time had truly passed for him.

So can he be lewded? I understand that the internet doesn't care anymore, or it's caring less and less about the age of consent, but as this site still aims to enforce the 18+ rule, does the Spiderman that Tom Holland portrays within the AoC and free game?

Most, if not all, stories of the stories that I've read that featured this Spiderman, don't really say he's 18+, he's just a magical sex god that gains his own harem because he's cute or because he's a teen compared to the adult women he works with, or for whatever possible reason may exists. Hell, he's actually raped, in the sense that he's a minor, all because a character reading his emotions felt that he was horny.

Just asking, what do you folks think of this?

might be easier to write in Marvel Universe 616 - the mainstream canonical comics one, rather than the cinematic universe. That way you can pick the character up at a variety of ages.
Have to say though, the Brand New Day story where they de-aged him, deleted his adult life, his marriage etc and stuck him back in college as a teenager kind of put me off Marvel more than probably any other story. Worse than Bobby coming back in the shower in Dallas.

BTW - my jurisdiction has an AoC of 16. We're still celebrating relatively recently bringing the same sex AoC down to match the hetero (same sex used to be 18), so very unlikely to think about raising it for either. As such if Tom Holland/Spidey decided to swing by... anyway not my type. Doesnt really bother me as youths are not really my thing, but its odd having to move my line in the sand to a more prudish one for internet fantasies than it is for real life.

I would go with Unknown's suggestion and just age him up a little

I believe to consider a character not underage he/she should have at least live 18 years from his/her own point of view. In the real world and in any story just like the real world like any story about how MC fuck her family or cowers it is the same as being at least 18 years after the character has been born. But for sci-fi and fantasy stories there could be many shenanigans like time-travel, time dilation, places where the time goes faster like Narnia, etc, so in the end, the time the character has lived could not be the same as the time between his born and the moment the story takes places, like this example, Tom Holland's Spiderman was born 21 years before Endgame but the character has only lived 16 years, so he is underage. If we only count the time that has passed between being born and the story taking place it wouldn't be possible to have erotic stories about time travel, because if the character goes back in time before he/she was born, the difference of time will be negative, even if the character has for example 30 years.

Einstein might have argued that there is no objective time, only subjective. It has to be all about the time the character has experienced, not what a clock somewhere else records.
What about the concept of the immortal jellyfish. It lives forever by getting older to a point, then once it gets too old, starts reversing its ageing process until its a toddler again, then starting to age once more. If you had a human / humanoid with that ability, would you only be able to fuck them once they passed 18 years old the first time, or would you have to catch them on the right bit of the cycle each time, with the apparent underage periods off-limits, even though chronologically he'she might be 100 years old and remember 100 years, have 100 years of wisdom etc. Pretty sure he/she would still fail the Harkness test, but I cant think why right at the moment. (probably a bit like Tom Holland & Zendaya both actually being 25 years old but permanently unfuckable because they will always look under 18)

While the whole story was a spoof, it actually didn't pass approval the first time I submitted it, fun fact. The reason for such was already stated: No underage characters.

And because of that, and wishing not to promote pedophilia (an act that I am wholly disgusted by), I just slapped the 18+ disclaimer at the front page.

But in the case of Back to the Future, since Marty McFly time travelled at the age of 15, I'd say that he's still (legally) 15 years old, as he came into the past as 15. He's 16, because he lived only 16 years, his body aged only 16 years. He wasn't suspended, or asleep or in coma, or in another dimension, he simply wasn't for five years.

Time is subjective, what's the point of mesuring it objectively especially if you introduce time travel in the equation?

Please, I don't want to go over why 17 or 18 or 19 doesn't really change that much, I'm sure you're more than capable to understand this alone.

People forget because he's(Tom Holland) like 25 five or something, and in the next Marvel movie he will be probably canonically 18+.

(And besides, it's not like in mainstream movies they give an actual flying fuck about characters being 18+, so...)

And that's somewhat the start of the problem. It (might) just be now that he's 18, in the MCU.

But what if a story is set in Homecoming or before Infinity War? Other than slap the 18+ disclaimer because we know how the site works... but at that point, I think it's easy to just say that the author is more than likely ignorant to the fact that the character was 15.

And I think I'm somewhat muddling my own question.

I'm thinking back to my dating youth... There was a fairly handy corollary of the AoC being 2 years younger than the age to be in a bar / drink alcohol.
There was a lot less likelihood that you could get drunk and end up accidentally with someone under age. (15 yos less likely to pass for 18 than 17).

If you want my opinion, I honestly don't think this could ever be answered. I see how you can argue from either side, but unless the Thanos Snap actually happens IRL, there will be no line in the metaphysical Big Book of Laws that says what the rule in this situation would be. As for aging him up, I personally (as a Marvel fan) think that making Spider-Man an adult kind of ruins his whole appeal. Then again, this is a porn site, we only care about giving and getting nuts.

That usually depends on your age.

Age of Consent usually defines an age that allows persons to have sexual relations with other persons of their age group.
It doesn't allow them to do porn. Even owning nude pictures of themselves can be a grey area or prohibited.

The rule in this situation is that the fictional character in the fictional story must be depicted as being at least 18 years old, having a living time of at least 18 years, being mentally an adult, and being physically an adult.

I have a friend, mid 50s in RL, single for the last decade or so who got an 18yo GF a couple of years ago. He looked fucking ridiculous trying to fit into her life. (Suppose he's been grateful for quarantine at least)
Never mind pedo laws or anything like that. The idea of ending up like that is more than enough to scare me away from anyone under 30!
